Our accommodation was completed in the spring of 2025 and was designed with great attention to detail.
The 70-square-meter accommodation consists of a spacious kitchen-living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, etc., 2 bedrooms, and a modern bathroom (including towels, a hair dryer, and a washing machine). An iron and an ironing board are also available.
A highlight of the apartment is the approximately 10-square-meter rooftop terrace. Absolute peace and quiet is guaranteed here!
The bedrooms are equipped with high-quality mattresses (various firmness levels) and convenient USB ports.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property.
Pets, smoking, and events are not permitted.
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM; keys can be picked up in person or conveniently via a key safe.
Free street parking is available right on the property.
Free e-bike charging is available.

The 70-square-meter apartment consists of a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one double bed, one pull-out couch), and a bathroom (with a washing machine). The vacation rental can accommodate up to 4 people.
A highlight of the apartment is the private outdoor area, featuring a 10-square-meter rooftop terrace with a dining area and a sun lounger, complete with panoramic mountain views.

Cultural events and concerts take place year-round in this former salt-mining town. If you’re interested in Bavarian beer, a guided tour of the Hofbräuhaus Traunstein offers insights into the regional art of brewing.
The Traun River flows right through the heart of Traunstein. Along the river, you can enjoy wonderful hikes, bike rides, or a swim in its floodplains.
