In the residence, you have access to an unheated swimming pool and a secure bike room. The residence itself is secure. Free parking is available in front of and around Parc des Dryades.

200m from La Baule tennis club, 10mn from the equestrian club, 5 mn from Bois de la Baule and in the Parc des Dryades you'll find plenty of activities in the immediate vicinity. 500m from shops and avenue lajarrige and 750m from the beach.
