Villa Kiesel in Zempin – Schöner Urlaub mit organisatorischen SchwächenWir (5 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Die kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe (Tresor/Briefkasten) verlief reibungslos. Das Haus ist solide eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Geschirr.An das Niedrigenergiehaus muss man sich etwas gewöhnen: Bei Ankunft war es extrem warm, es dauerte drei Tage, bis die Temperatur angenehm war. Durch die vielen Lüftungsschlitze ist es recht hellhörig. Die Lichtverhältnisse sind teils schwierig.Wichtiger Warnhinweis: Der Geschirrspüler öffnet nach Programmende automatisch. Da die Klappe sehr schwer ist, fällt sie mit viel Schwung auf. Man muss aufpassen, dass niemand (besonders Kleinkinder) direkt davorsteht, wenn man das noch nicht weiß!Zudem wichtig: Für Kamin und Sauna bitte eigenes Holz und Saunahandtücher mitbringen, beides fehlt vor Ort. Ein kleines Set Handwerkszeug im Haus wäre ebenfalls toll.Organisatorisch gibt es deutlichen Verbesserungsbedarf:Schlüssel: Ein einziger Hausschlüssel ist für so eine große Gruppe schlichtweg zu wenig.Müll: Das Einwerfen in die Tonnen hinterm Haus ist problemlos, leider hatten die Vorgänger nicht getrennt und Altglas stehen lassen. Ärgerlich war jedoch das Herausstellen zur Leerung: Der Service hatte keinen Schlüssel für das Tor und bat uns, dies zu übernehmen. Allerdings passte auch keiner unserer Schlüssel am Bund zu diesem Tor.Fazit: Trotz dieser Punkte haben wir uns wohlgefühlt, aber es ist Luft nach oben.

Vom Haus läßt sich der Strand in Zempin sehr gut erreichen, auch fußläufig. Für uns 5 Personen war die Ausstattung des Hauses sehr gut. Nach einer Fehlermeldung wegen eines blockierten Ventilators hat der Service schnell funktioniert. Wir kommen gern wieder.
