Havre de paix et excellent accueil

Nous avons séjourné pendant 3 semaines dans le chalet n° 14, la vue depuis notre balcon était magnifique, notre chalet était spacieux et agréable. Les 16 chalets sont très espacés les uns des autres, la piscine est très agréable et très bien maintenue, le petit jardin est équipé de balançoires et de jeux pour les enfants et très fleuri. Denise Decazeau, la gérante des chalets de Pierretoun est une personne très professionnelle, conviviale, souriante, bienveillante et aux petits soins pour ses clients... une belle personne avec qui nous avons eu plaisir de partager de belles discussions. Sans oublier son équipe, la pétillante Margot, Peio et Robert qui nous ont régalé lors des soirées pétanque et basque! L'emplacement à la Bastide Clairence est un bon point de départ pour les excursions, le soir nous étions contents de rentrer dans ce petit havre de paix. Nos enfants ont également apprécié le baby-foot, le billard, le ping-pong. Les adultes ont apprécié les apéritifs au calme dans le petit jardin. Nous recommandons fortement les chalets de Pierretoun. Pour nous, ce fut un vrai coup de coeur tant par le lieu que l'équipe. Bravo à tous!

Dépaysement

Très bon accueil dans cette structure familiale d'un peu plus d'une dizaine de chalets. Les propriétaires font en sorte de créer une ambiance entre vacanciers en proposant 2 animations hebdomadaires. Ambiance bon enfant, situation centrale pour rayonner dans le pays basque, environnement très calme (pas de TV, pas de wifi dans les chalets, retour aux sources! ) et verdoyant. Les chalets sont spacieux pour une famille de 4 personnes.

Une région magnifique, un accueil très agréable et chaleureux, beaucoup de bienveillance des hôtes et une ambiance familiale très sympathique. Un compromis parfait entre le confort et la tranquillité d'un gîte individuel et les interactions d'un camping, notamment pour les enfants. Merci à Mme Ducazeau et sa famille!

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable aux chalets de Pierretoun. La vue depuis les chalets situés en haut est superbe. Denise et sa famille sont très accueillants. Nous reviendrons sûrement car nous n'avons pas pu visiter toute la région. Notre seul "bémol" concerne le linge de lit: draps du dessous "jetables" et absence de housses de couette.
