Villa ideally located in a quiet area in the middle of the greenery close to the sea. You live in a wooded pine forest of 2000 m2, not overlooked, quiet, peaceful ... You can take advantage of the terrace to take your meals or sunbathing. House with everything you need to make you feel at home.
In July and August priority is given to fortnightly rentals.
The prices are calculated on a basis of 6 people, supplement beyond (see detailed prices).

Maison familiale, bien située, un peu ancienne. Nous avons passé un bon séjour mais un bémol, malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu profiter de l’extérieur à cause des moustiques tigres abondants.

Vielen Dank an unseren entspannten, hilfsbereiten, sehr freundlichen und kompetenten Gastgeber! Das Haus hat eine sehr familiäre und private Atmosphäre. Es fügt sich in die bewaldete Gegend harmonisch ein. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz und meist beschattet, der Strand selbst ist schön, so dass man dort sehr lange verweilen kann. Herzlichen Dank auch für die Ideen und Besuchertips!!

Excellent séjour en famille.

Maison agréable et bien située, à quelques pas des plages. Proprio sympathique, arrangeant, qui aime et conseille sur sa région.

vacances réussies

Le propriétaire a été très disponible lors de petits incidents techniques. La maison est agréable à vivre, petit bémol pour l'humidité et le manque de luminosité de la chambre à 4 couchages de la cave. Nous avons beaucoup vécu dehors sur la terrasse qui est très agréable pour manger car pas trop exposée au soleil. Par contre, on entend la circulation automobiliere de la route des plages. Atout indéniable : on peut rejoindre facilement à pied la belle plage des Vergnes par un petit sentier à travers des dunes.

Maison familiale parc boisé avec écureuils

Cette maison n'est pas seulement une maison, c'est un hâvre de Nature avec sa forêt de pins et autres essences d'arbres, des écureuils, des oiseaux et une âme apaisante et joyeuse. La grande cheminée et la charpente apparente poussent à "prendre de la hauteur" par rapport aux soucis du quotidien. Une location pour tous, stressés ou non, impérativement respectueux des plantes et des animaux. Conseil : écuter quelques minutes la nuit, pieds nus sur la terrasse, si possible après une averse....
