In a secluded position, 5 m from the river. Private: beautiful garden to relax, roofed, parking at the house. Supermarket 4.3 km, restaurant 200 m, bakery 3.9 km, bicycle rental 4.8 km, bus stop 350 m, outdoor swimming pool 5.4 km, indoor swimming pool 18 km, thermal baths "Werra Therme" 30 km. Walking paths from the house 200 m, cycle lane 100 m, children's playground 500 m. Nearby attractions: Weltkulturerbe Wartburg Eisennach 30 km, Statue Mittelpunkt Deutschland 30 km, Drachenschlucht 38 km, Thomas Münzer Stadt Mühlhausen 25 km. Hiking paths: Premiumweg Mainzer Köpfe 200 m, Walsbachquelle 4.8 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Large kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Heating. Large terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, conservatory, box-room. Very beautiful, of the river. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. The bunk bed has the following dimensions: Top 100x200cm/Bottom 140x200. Winter garden with reading corner, workspace and large seating area. Bookings accepted for holiday purposes only.
