un ospite ha scritto: la romantica casetta di Anoeta è tutto ciò che promette la sua immagine: arroccata sulle scogliere sud-occidentali di Lipari, offre splendide viste sull'oceano, sulle isole di Filicudi e alicudi, così come sulla bellissima e aspra campagna dell'isola di Lipari.
Al primo arrivo, osservando il mare scintillante e ondulato sottostante, mi è stato ricordato il film "Solaris" (versione originale) in cui l'oceano è onnipresente e sembra tenere e rispecchiare i pensieri più intimi.
Più tardi nel pomeriggio, sdraiato sull'amaca e guardando il cielo, mi sentivo davvero in paradiso: per ogni senso c'era qualcosa di delizioso - profumi fragranti degli abbondanti fiori primaverili, soffici brezze, canti di uccelli e, di Naturalmente, l'incredibile distesa di acqua scintillante.


sull'isola di Lipari, a ovest a 1 km dalla spiaggia di valle muria c'è la mia casa per una vacanza romantica, affitto una camera doppia con bagno privato e terrazza con vista sul mare e il tramonto.
Era un vecchio magazzino per attrezzi agricoli, fu restaurato lasciando le mura originali con uno spessore di un metro. molto panoramico sulle isole di filicudi alicudi, dalla finestra del bagno si vede anche l'Etna. Questo rifugio è per le persone che amano la natura e vogliono rilassarsi, ci sono amache da leggere e dozzine.
Per raggiungere la casa dal centro di Lipari ci sono 15 minuti (con auto) da strada asfaltata e gli ultimi 300 metri di strada sterrata, ma percorribili con scooter o auto. la casa è su un terreno di 5000 metri con alberi di limone e arancio, cactus. Il cottage ha un ventilatore, un frigorifero e un bollitore, fuori in giardino c'è uno spazio aperto con un piccolo fornello e un barbecue a gas.
piscina privata lunga solo 5 metri ma abbastanza per rilassarsi, rinfrescarsi !!

Ein traumhaft schöner Ort mit athemberaubenden Ausblick.

Das Häuschen und der Garten sind so gemütlich und schön, dass man am liebsten gar nichts unternehmen möchte. Der perfekte Ort um Energie zu tanken, relaxen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Athmosphäre und Idylle in Mitten der Natur ist einzigartig.

Un écrin....Un privilège...

Romantique, Magique, Féerique, Reposante,... cette casetta est une véritable invitation au " fare niente" J'ai longuement hésité à partager mon avis.. Voulant jalousement garder cette adresse pour nous... Alors, si pour vous le luxe, c'est une douche kingsize à gros jet qui épuisera toutes les ressources de l'île en une fois, la proximité du centre ville et de l'animation, une chambre aseptisée, une piscine à jets ou que sais-je encore, alors changez d'adresse, laissez-là aux autres... En revanche, si pour vous le luxe, c'est une vue à couper le souffle, notamment au coucher du soleil, le calme absolu d'un endroit isolé de tout et de tous, le caractère accueillant d'une charmante petite maison pleine de cd's et de livres, une petite piscine relaxante, des lézards qui s'invitent à l'apéro, des fourmis qui transportent les petits bouts de chips, des ciels étoilés...Alors je partage volontiers avec vous cette adresse et le privilège de vous lover, avec votre moitié, dans cet écrin de toute beauté. Je pourrais vous parler de la grande disponibilité et de l'extrême gentillesse d'Anoeta et de son mari, de toutes leurs petites attentions,... Je pourrais mettre des photos qui en disent longs... Je pourrais décrire chaque recoin de la maison et de l'extérieur.... Mais ce serait gâcher votre surprise... Fiez vous aux photos du site, elles sont révélatrices même si on est encore loin de la magie..., prenez vos bouquins et foncez... Nous reviendrons, c'est certain... Et Lipari me direz-vous ? Le château et le musée valent le détour, les carrières de kaolin aussi, le centre historique est sympa et très animé le soir, le tour de l'île en mobylette offre de magnifiques panoramas...les randos semblent sympas mais pas en aout !!! Le reste... vous me le raconterez, si toutefois, vous arrivez à quitter la maison... Conseils pratiques: Ne choisissez la mobylette comme moyen de transport que si vous êtes habitués. La route de terre n'est pas évidente. Mais on l'a fait sans être motards ! Sinon, il y a d'autres véhicules à 4 roues sympas sur l'île. Prenez de l'antimoustique et du calmiderme. Il n'y en n'a pas plus qu'ailleurs mais il y en a. Pour les restos, voir nos autres commentaires sur TripAdvisor.

Tranquillity and Views

From the moment we were met by Aonetta and her husband,who were both very friendly and informative, to the moment we left the casetta, we had a very enjoyable stay. The views are amazing and the location so peaceful, it is a perfect place to unwind. We walked into Lipari and took a taxi back to the house as well as hiring a car for the last 2 days to tour the island and explore. There is also a beach that is walkable but down a long track. Restaurants are abundant in Lipari and there are 2 small supermarkets. The casetta is very comfortable with all the items you need in the kitchen and a fabulous barbeque. We loved the island and the house and hope to return one day!

Not just a holiday: a privilege.

This is a very special place, absolutely living up to the photos and description on the website, especially regarding the stupendous view. Anoeta, the owner, was charming and extremely helpful. I would recommend hiring a car unless you are very confident on a scooter. We definitely intend to go back.

great stay

This is even better than a 5 stars hotel! And what to say about Anoeta the host? Smiling and sharing good tips every time! When we arrived Anoeta was waiting for us at the port. All was organized for our arrival. The housing was above our expectations. The view is just fabulous. It will be definitely the perfect place for couples which want to spend relaxing time. Looking forward already my next trip to Lipari!

wonderful holiday

Wow! What can I say. Anoeta's place is the most idyllic and beautifu I have ever been to. From the moment we arrived, we felt home and very comfortable. The house has everything you could wish for. At night you can watch shootingstars, drink wine on the beautiful terrace, and dance or relax to the most awesome CD collection, Anoeta's house has to offer. During the day you can enjoy the pool or lay around in one of the cozy hammocks. The island itself is beautiful. I recommend to take a scooter, but be aware the roads up to the house are quite tricky and I won't recommend it to absolute beginners. I wish I could live in Anoeta's house, a place were you can forget all the stress around you Thank you Anoeta! All the best from Berlin

una vacanza indimenticabile

Veramente una esperienza perfetta! La vista dal terrazzo si può solo descrivere come spettacolare. La cassetta è curatissima ed è stata arredata con amore ed è equipaggiata con tutto quello che serve e per godersi la vita. Anche il giardino con lettini, amache, piccola piscina e BBQ contribuiscono al esperienza di una vacanza perfetta. Siamo stati accolti da Anoeta e Felix nel modo più gentile. I loro consigli per la permanenza sull'isola erano anche molto utili. Grazie Mille!
