Beautiful Apartment / Business Apt., 10 Minutes from City Center & Weser Stadium

This beautiful apartment is located on the first floor of our traditional Altbremer house and stands out for its central yet quiet location. With its high ceilings, it conveys a sense of space and coziness — perfect for relaxing after a long workday, a day of exploring Bremen and its surroundings, or an intense football match :)

Need peace, inspiration, or focus for remote work? You’ll find it in the study with its large desk — a bit old-school, but ideal for concentration.

The study, kitchen, and dining area are located at the front of the apartment, facing the street. There is also a separate guest WC. The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine). If you enjoy cooking, you’ll find everything you need. From the kitchen, you have access to the inner courtyard/patio — a sheltered spot where smokers can sit comfortably all year round. In summer, it’s a favorite place to dine, grill, relax, and gaze at the stars.

In the rear section, you pass through the library into the living room with a flat-screen TV. From here, too, you can access the patio. Bedroom no. 1 features a box-spring bed (Queen size 140x200 cm) and direct access to the courtyard through a French door. Bedroom no. 2 has a double bed (King size 180x200 cm). Both bedrooms have direct access to the large bathroom, which includes an Italian-style shower, bathtub, toilet, washing machine, and dryer.

Our neighborhood is called “Östliche Vorstadt” and is close to the “Hulsberg” area. You’ll find all essential shops, cafés, bakeries, and restaurants nearby. A 10-minute walk takes you to the famous “Viertel” district — full of charming boutiques, cafés, restaurants, bars, and quirky pubs. The Weser Stadium and the Osterdeich (the Weser riverside promenade, which leads all the way into the old town) are also just a 10-minute walk away.

The tram stops almost right outside the door — line 2 takes you quickly to the city center, and line 10 goes directly to the main train station.

Free street parking is available, and there’s a paid parking lot directly across from the house.
