The fully equipped kitchen makes eating in fun and easy, yet the many, many restaurants, bars and grills in the local area are not to be missed. Shopping comes in all shapes and sizes in PCB. Pier Park, located only a few minutes drive away, features shops, theaters, restaurants (including the famous Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville), and entertainment for all ages.

I have been a property owner at Treasure Island since 2013. I have friends who also have a unit here and after visiting them a couple of times, I knew I wanted to make a life-long dream of having property on the ocean come true, and knew Treasure Island is where I needed to be, so I purchased the unit, sight unseen, in the Spring of 2013. I immediately knew that I wanted to add the feature of offering this exciting, beautiful property to others, particularly wheelchair users who have great difficulty finding accessible property. It is truly a dream come true.

Why Linda Kidd chose Panama City Beach
After visiting some friends who were owners a couple of times, I fell in love with Treasure Island. I have to admit that I didn't consider any other property in Panama City Beach, and looked at no other properties but Treasure Island. The location, which is at the east end of Thomas Drive, offered the pure beauty that can only be found on the Gulf. The property offers covered parking, a large pool with several cabanas, a hot tub, a fitness room, an outdoor grill area for guests' use, security and 4 elevators. The beautiful terra cotta exterior of the property makes it stand out among all the other high rise condos and is easily visible from as far away as the Hathaway Bridge.
What makes this Condo unique
This unit was remodeled in 2014 with all new flooring, freshly paint throughout, custom black-out draperies, beautiful accessories and some new furniture. Because I am a wheel-chair user for almost 50 years, I knew the unit needed to be remodeled to meet my needs. My first winter of ownership was spent remodeling. The master bath was completely gutted and redesigned to meet the needs of a wheel-chair user. The beautifully designed master bath features a roll-in shower, a cut out vanity for sink access and a ramp that allows access to the balcony; something not found in any other unit. Many units in this building will claim to be wheel-chair accessible. Every unit is easily accessed for entering, but once inside neither of the bathrooms in any unit is designed for wheel-chair users. Once inside this unit, there is complete access to every room, including the laundry room. Other than the ramp to the balcony in the living room, these modifications are unnoticeable so the non-wheelchair user will not be affected by any modifications.

Your VRBO ad and condo descriptions met all our expectations on arrival. Your ad also was the first one in all our travels that was 100% correct on wheelchair access and 100% wheelchair accessible.
My wife, her cousin, and his girlfriend also had an enjoyable stay with us. The condo is a perfect fit for 4 adults.

This was my 4th year, I believe staying at Mrs. Kidd's condo and I will continue to rent from her in the upcoming years!!! The Condo always has EVERYTHING we need, is clean, nicely decorated! I have never had a problem while staying there. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!!
I HIGHLY recommend give it a try and trust me, I have stayed in several different rooms at Treasure Island and ROOM 2003 is by far the BEST!!!!

Treasure Island is located at the east end of the beautiful white sandy beach in Panama City Beach, Florida. Many attractions are available. TI is only a 5 minute drive from the famous Captain Anderson's Restaurant; St. Andrew's Park is within walking distance, and a short stroll down the beach will allow you to enjoy fine beach dining and live music nightly at Schooner's. Even closer is Scampi's, just next door. The famous Pier Park and the infamous 'strip' is a short 10 minute drive. Numerous restaurants and attractions including Zoo World, and various museums await you. The beach, just out the backdoor of TI, provides numerous activities including parasailing, jet ski riding and of course, sunning and swimming in the beautiful clear water of the Gulf.
Rates are inclusive for taxes and cleaning for any stay 5 nights and over. For any visit less than 5 nights, these fees will be addded to the rate. Rates will be available from and paid directly to the owner to prevent extra VRBO fees.
