Located in the heart of Ars-en-Ré, Villa La Maison des Ormeaux is a charming 90 m² country house for up to 6 guests. It offers 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy Wi-Fi, TV, fan, washing machine, and a private barbecue. For your comfort, a baby cot, high chair, and bike storage are also available.
Outside, relax in the sunny 30 m² courtyard, surrounded by stone walls for complete privacy. The courtyard features a table, 6 chairs, 2 loungers, and a private barbecue—perfect for outdoor meals and relaxing moments.
Street parking is available nearby. Pets are welcome for an extra fee. Parties are not allowed. The house is at the end of a quiet lane, ensuring a peaceful stay.
The location is ideal, close to the beach, salt marshes, church square, shops, and restaurants. Bike rental is just 100 m away. Check-in from 1 pm on Saturday, check-out before 11 am on Saturday. Heating is included; final cleaning and bed linen kits are available for an extra fee.
