Ideally located just 50 meters from the largest sandy beach on the Côte Bleue, between the charming fishing villages of Carro and La Couronne. The apartment is easily accessible: close to major roads and highways, served by train (La Couronne station), and only 30 minutes from Marseille Provence airport.



All amenities are within easy reach: bakery, pastry shop, butcher, caterers, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, tobacco shop, massage. Enjoy the local market on Thursday and Saturday mornings, and buy fresh fish directly from the port of Carro every morning.



The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette with electric hobs, microwave, dishes, utensils, and washing machine. The living room has a sofa, flat-screen TV, and dining area. The separate bedroom offers a large double bed with new bedding. The bathroom includes a toilet. A spacious terrace with awning, lighting, garden furniture, table, and chairs lets you enjoy meals outdoors.



The residence is quiet and secure with digicode access. Reserved parking is available. Beach equipment is provided: mats, parasol, chair, rackets. Books and hiking ideas are at your disposal.



Location: 10 minutes from Sausset-les-Pins and Carry-le-Rouet, 15 minutes from Martigues, and 45 km from Marseille. Easy access by train ("Train Bleu" line Marseille–Miramas, with spectacular views of the calanques).
