The luxurious detached holiday home (semi-detached house) is located in a quiet side street with no through traffic. From here it is about 500 metres to the sea.
The house has two floors and a living space of approximately 78 m². It can accommodate four adults and one child up to the age of 3 and is equipped with underfloor heating and a fireplace in the open-plan living/dining area. There is a sofa bed in the living area. The infrared sauna, shower and WC are located in the lower area. In the upper area there is the bathroom with bathtub and WC as well as the two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. The house is comfortably and modernly furnished. The rooms are bright, very cosy and invite you to relax.
The large Jasmund Bodden can be reached in approx. 600 metres. The nature reserve of the Wittower Heide begins in the immediate vicinity of the house. The white sandy beach is bordered by dunes and pine forests. Glowe is now the largest seaside resort in the north of the island of Rügen and connects the Jasmund and Wittow peninsulas. In the old fishing village of Glowe, the inhabitants lived from the traditional fishing trade. Today there is still a private fishing business with its own smokehouse. The village with its old town centre has retained its charm, but has also embraced modernity. A new harbour attracts water sports enthusiasts. The beach promenade is a pleasant place for a stroll. Restaurants and cafés invite you to linger. The town offers a great beach, but also ideal conditions for walking and cycling, horse riding and fishing.
