The charming terrace, shaded by a grapevine, has a lovely dining table ideal for breakfast or an afternoon coffee overlooking the pool and is conveniently accessed via a corner staircase. Whether you are enjoying a glass of wine on the rustic bench or unwinding after a busy day, this finca makes holiday dreams come true.



Stylish and rustic, the finca combines wood, beautiful floor tiles and clever lighting to create a true oasis of well-being. The spacious living/dining room, with cosy fireplace and natural stone walls, offers several inviting places to linger. The fully equipped kitchen with dining table is perfect for snacks or a fragrant coffee. Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms (one with twin beds, the other with a 1.5 metre double bed) and two shower rooms provide plenty of privacy and space. There is also a guest WC on the ground floor.



Close to the coast and in the neighbourhood of inviting places such as Canyamel, Artà and Cala Ratjada, the finca "Ca'n Blai" is located in a rural setting and is perfectly connected to the infrastructure by road. Daily shopping, visits to the beach and cafés as well as going out in the evening can be done quickly and easily from here. The fine sandy beach of Canyamels is only 4.6 km away and other beaches are also within easy reach.
