The open living area is bright, welcoming, and designed for shared holiday experiences. Large windows, direct access to the patio, and the garden create a pleasant sense of space. The high-quality kitchen invites you to cook together, while the dining area offers space for meals, games, and relaxed evenings.

In the bedroom, a comfortable box-spring bed (180 × 200 cm) with blackout pleated blinds ensures peaceful nights. In the living area, a high-quality sleeper sofa (220 cm × 136 cm) is available as an additional sleeping option—ideal for children or additional guests.

The wellness bathroom features a private sauna and a walk-in shower. The modern design ensures comfort and a pleasant experience—ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or a mudflat hike, any time of year.
