The private pool is 12 x 4 m, heated, and features a 45 cm deep sunbathing area. The jacuzzi is available year-round.



Enjoy the superb summer kitchen, fully equipped with an electric plancha, barbecue, ice maker, refrigerator, TV, and speaker. You'll also have access to a secluded outdoor shower.



The property is quiet and offers beautiful areas for walks.



The villa has 3 bedrooms, including a suite, and 2 bathrooms in the sleeping area. The spacious living room features a cinema room, perfect for relaxing with family or friends.
