Spacious 4th-floor apartment, ideally located near shops and public transport. 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with bunk beds plus a single bed. Bright living room with terrace and stunning sea views. Fully equipped open kitchen. Bathroom with bathtub/shower, double washbasin and toilet separate toilet. Small rear terrace.
Wi-Fi: yes. Garage included. Bring your own sheets/towels.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
