Holiday Home 'Los Abilios' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi & Air Conditioning

Located in a neighborhood on the outskirts of Palma, this spacious 290 m² holiday home welcomes up to 10 guests in 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, two of them en suite. You will enjoy a fully equipped private kitchen and a small outdoor kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, and air conditioning in the 3 upstairs bedrooms during summer, as the thick walls on the ground floor keep an ideal temperature. Heating is available throughout the house in winter. The property offers a washing machine, ceiling fans, and a dedicated workspace for families and guests who wish to work online. There are 2 cots and 3 high chairs available.



Outside, relax in the private garden, covered terrace, and open terrace—perfect for outdoor dining and enjoying your private barbecue. The private outdoor pool and outdoor shower provide extra comfort during your stay. The garden also offers private parking for two cars.



Next to the house, you will find restaurants, including one with typical Mallorcan cuisine, and a bus stop connecting the neighborhood to the city center. Please note that events are not allowed on the property.
