You will find a range of stylish, air-conditioned bedrooms and three contemporary bathrooms, including a master suite with king bed and en-suite shower, a poolside double room with direct terrace access, and additional twin and double bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen features integrated appliances and a coffee machine. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, air conditioning throughout, smart TVs with video on demand, washing machine, and step-free interior access.



Step outside to your private enclosed sanctuary featuring an 8 meter heated pool with integrated Jacuzzi, wide Roman steps, and mood underwater lighting. You can relax on 10 luxury sun loungers across multiple lounge areas or dine under the large covered terrace. Additional outdoor amenities include a built-in grill and prep station, mini putting green, shared table tennis, outdoor shower, and both covered and uncovered terraces with mountain views.



Shared on-site parking is available for 1 vehicle. Beach towels are provided for your convenience, and events are not allowed on the property. Self check-in ensures a seamless arrival experience.



Villa Catherina overlooks Montana Roja with Playa Flamingo beach, mini-markets, and restaurants just a 15-minute walk away. Playa Blanca and Marina Rubicon are a short stroll or 5-minute drive, offering promenade dining, boutiques, and beaches, while the larger Playa Dorada is located a little further along the coast.
