La maison du Rocher – 300 m from the sea

All on one level and filled with natural light, this recently renovated, peaceful house offers a relaxing setting for recharging as a couple, with friends, or as a family. A fenced garden and two terraces let you enjoy the sun all day or extend your evening dinners under the pine trees.



The house accommodates up to 4 guests. It features two bedrooms, a living area with open kitchen, a TV lounge, a bathroom with bathtub, a separate WC, and a garage/laundry room. The brand-new, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing your favorite dishes or cooking fresh seafood during your stay.



The terraces come with outdoor furniture, including tables, chairs, armchairs, and sun loungers. Several desk spaces and fiber internet make it easy to work remotely in a quiet seaside environment.



For those who enjoy shore fishing, there’s an outdoor sink. A plancha grill is also available.



The home has been carefully prepared—please respect the space.



Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be provided for an additional fee. Even if you select the cleaning option, please follow a few rules: leave the house tidy, wash, dry, and put away dishes (the dishwasher must be empty), clean the cooktop and plancha, and take out all trash and waste.



Parties are strictly prohibited. Only household waste should go in the trash bins, which must be put out for collection twice a week. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) should be taken to the recycling containers.
