Located in Port d'Andratx, Mallorca, Villa Ancora welcomes you to a spacious 300 sqm vacation home accommodating up to 10 guests. You will find 5 bedrooms featuring 4 double beds, 2 single beds, and 2 sofa beds, along with 5 bathrooms including 2 en-suite. The fully equipped private kitchen includes a dishwasher, and additional amenities include Wi-Fi, private TV with French channels only, air conditioning in most bedrooms, fans, washing machine, hairdryer, and a dedicated workspace. Family-friendly features include 1 baby bed and 1 high chair.



Step outside to enjoy your private garden, covered terrace, and uncovered terrace, all offering sea views. The private outdoor pool measures 9m x 5m with a 2m depth and includes a poolside bar area. A private grill with gas is available for outdoor dining.



Parking includes 3 shared on-site spaces and parking available in the street. Beach towels are provided for your convenience. Events are not allowed on the property, and you must respect neighbors by avoiding music in the garden and terraces after 11 pm. House towels are strictly forbidden for beach use, and you should switch off all lights and air conditioning when leaving the property.



The villa is situated in the peaceful La Mola area while remaining close to Port d'Andratx with its cafes and restaurants within a short drive. You can easily reach Sant Elm by car, where motor boats provide access to Sa Dragonera Natural Park. During July and August, concerts are held twice weekly in the area.
