Step into paradise flowers. Our house and grounds are so popular that a wedding was celebrated. Some images are from this wedding. The house has central heating, hot / cold - air conditioning, satellite TV with international channels, telephone and wireless connection. Not only the summer is charming in Mallorca, playing golf in winter, shopping in the brightly lit Christmas Palma is just as nice. The house is situated in a quiet area, but just minutes away from the shops. A fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Hiking in winter is just as possible as lounging and beach holiday in the summer. Experience or Christmas Eve visit the Cathedral of Palma Silvester in Palma. A holiday in this house is beautiful in every season. Washing machine, such as dryers, towels as bed linen are naturally present. Once vacation, always holiday in Bloom paradise. The regulars prove this time and again. A vacation at Casa paradise vacation from stress and noise. For our very little guests a children's travel cot, a high chair and baggy are of course available.

I have never stayed anywhere as clean as this apartment before, it was spotless! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left Mercy and Wolfgang were there to help without being intrusive. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped. The pool was nice to cool down in and the sunny spot in the garden was cute. Lots of nice touches like beach towels and a decent filter coffee machine.Location was excellent with plenty of places to go within a short drive, walking to the beach was possible but quite hilly to walk back, we did it a couple of times but usually used the car.Overall we had a great stay at this lovely apartment and would recommend to others.

Beautiful Villa

Everything about this villa was amazing. Great attention to detail and spotlessly clean. The pool is a very good size and well maintained. Mercy and Wolfgang were perfect hosts and made us feel very welcome. Situated in a quieter part of Santa Ponsa, but only a 5 minute taxi journey to the beach front, bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this villa.

Wonderful home away from home

Three of us stayed in this gorgeous villa just a 15 minute walk from the beach, shops and bars. We had a wonderful stay, our hosts Mercy and Wolfgang couldn’t have been more helpful and were always on hand if they were needed while respecting our privacy. The house was immaculate and extremely well equipped and the gardens and pool were gorgeous and very well maintained. We would not hesitate to recommend this property and hope to stay again in the future .

What an outstanding stay! The hosts Wolfgang and his wife Mercy are simply incomparable! So friendly and helpful at getting us settled and attempting to our needs when necessary. Nice place to unwind.

Wolfgang and Mercy were very welcoming. The apartment was very clean and well equipped in a quite part of the town. The beach towels and umbrellas were very handy. The pool was an excellent spot to cool off. A huge parasol and naturally shaded areas provided respite from the sun. We’d stay again if we went back to that part of Mallorca.

Perfect location for a great holiday

When we arrived did we get a very warm welcome by the host Mercy and Wolfgang. We were given a tour of the perfect house and garten, where everything were in perfect order and very beautiful. We had a very pleasent week where we relaxed and enjoied the pool everyday. Mercy & Wolfgang are the perfect host very kind and made sure we and our kids had a great week. Lovely, peaceful stay

Our first impressions were of the garden and pool.Absolutely beautiful and the flowers were stunning. The villa was also gorgeous, immaculately clean and with everything you could possibly need or want. Special touches made our stay even better. Fruit, jam, and a welcome gift were all part of the hospitality. Wolfgang and Mercy had also gone shopping for us and waited up to greet the family at 12.30am, due to our late flight time. They were friendly, informative and helpful without being intrusive. All in all, a wonderful break for us all. Our 7 year old granddaughter was rarely out of the pool. Would love to return soon.

Casa Paradeis was exactly that!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with cool towels on a hot day a lengthy travel day. The gardens are beautifully maintained, the pool is extraordinary and the overall home is immaculate. We've never stayed in a cleaner vacation rental. The 2 bedrooms both have King beds and en suite baths, perfect for 2 couples traveling together. The kitchen is well appointed, making cooking meals very enjoyable. Our hosts were gracious and shared local information which greatly enhanced our stay on Mallorca. It was an easy walk to the shuttle for the Mallorca Championships tennis, which we attended that week. Please consider this our strongest recommendation to stay at this property. Paradise indeed

When we arrived in the mid-afternoon our hosts, Mercy and Wolfgang met us at our holiday house and showed us around the house, explaining how everything worked and provided a very useful A to Z of what would be helpful for us to know including about the area. The house was immaculately clean in every detail and nothing at all in terms of what you would wish for by way of covenience was missing. The outside area around the pool was beautiful and the peaceful sitting areas and gardens were absolutely manicured and impecable. I have used Vrbo many times but have never stayed in a holiday house quite as charming and tranquil as Villa Paradies. All shopping amenities including an abundance of places by the beach front in which to eat and drink, or simply sit and watch the world go by were there to be found in abundance, to suit all age groups and every price range. I can truely say tha my family and I were sorry to leave and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend to any one.

A little piece of paradise

What a fabulous find this place was for our family. Exceptionally clean, beautifully kept inside and out and oh so peaceful. The swimming pool was well used by us all but especially enjoyed by our 11 and 7 year old who spent hours in it. The surrounding garden of the pool was a pleasure to relax in and shade plentiful. A brick BBQ worked really well and we enjoyed meals outside. Inside was very comfortable particularly the en suite bedroom - what a lovely bed! The children shared the other double which worked for us this time but we are time limited on this as a sleeping solution. We mastered the local bus which was air conditioned and took us 1 stop to Santa Ponsa centre but we also could have walked it in 15/20 minutes by cutting through the nearby woodland to the smaller beach then following the road round. Wolfgang and Mercy are exceptionally lovely people as everyone before has said and are very welcoming, yet once you’ve settled in leave you to your holiday. We wished we could have stayed longer - I’d love to return one day.

Im September 2025 waren wir zu zweit in der Casa Paradies in Santa Ponsa zu Gast. Zuerst möchten wir uns bei den Vermietern für ihre herzliche und fürsorgliche Art herzlich bedanken. Wir fühlten uns sofort "zu Hause".So liebe und reizende Menschen, die immer für uns da waren und uns ein Gefühl der Geborgenheit vermittelten. Nette Gespräche, wertvolle Tips waren an der Tagesordnung.Die Wohnung und die Gartenanlage (die Bezeichnung Garten wäre maßlos untertrieben) sind einfach perfekt.In so einem "Paradies" mit einem so liebevollen Ambiente - und alles in einem blitzsauberen Zustand - das ist Urlaub.Besser geht nicht.Hinweis: die Bilder im Internet entsprechen der Realität.

"Casa Paradies" - Wahrhaft paradiesisch!

Wir haben vom 23.06.24 bis 06.07.2024 unseren traumhaften Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen und sehr gepflegten Haus mit paradiesisch angelegten Garten zur freien Nutzung verbringen dürfen und sind der Familie Cleffmann hierfür sehr dankbar. Alles war wirklich perfekt! Angefangen von den vielen Vorabinformationen, dem Check In und der netten Begrüßung und Betreuung während unseres Aufenthaltes, über die wunderschön eingerichtete Wohnung mit einer Küche, bei der es an nichts gefehlt hat, bis hin zum paradiesisch angelegten Garten mit wunderschönen Pflanzen und einem Poolbereich, der uns gänzlich allein zur Verfügung stand. Man hat sich gefühlt wie im 5* Hotel mit vielen tollen Details, die man täglich neu entdecken durfte. Die sehr ruhige Lage der Ferienwohnung ist ebenfalls perfekt. In nur 5-10 Minuten ist man mit Auto im Zentrum, am Strand oder im nächstgelegenen Supermarkt. In nur durchschnittlich 15-20 Minuten erreicht man jeden der 12 umliegenden Golfplätze im Süd-Westen von Mallorca. Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen und haben das "Casa Paradies" für 2025 bereits wieder gebucht! :-) Vielen Dank an Familie Cleffmann für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub!
