Belle villa à Majorque, Santa Ponsa. Lumineux et ensoleillé toute la journée.

Cette jolie maison est située à 5 minutes à pied d'une des plages de Santa Ponsa, dans un quartier calme. La maison, entièrement équipée et sur un seul étage, dispose de 5 chambres et 4 salles de bains. La cuisine, le salon et la salle à manger sont reliés mais occupent visuellement des espaces séparés.
Au centre de la maison une agréable cour intérieure, qui prolonge la luminosité de l'intérieur.
Très adapté aux familles avec enfants.
La maison est entourée d'un jardin méditerranéen avec un petit jardin de légumes. La piscine moderne est entourée d'un grand solarium baigné de soleil toute la journée. Barbacue extérieure complète. Autour de la terrasse de la piscine et de la maison se trouve une esplanade en herbe d'environ 150 mètres carrés.
Dans les 20 min. en voiture de l'aéroport et une grande variété de divertissements et de restaurants à Palma et ses environs. Un grand garage pour 3 voitures et beaucoup d'espace de rangement situé au sous-sol.

Great communication from Luis regarding directions and checking in. Villa was amazing, had everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. Pool and garden area suited everyone, spent most of our time there.

This villa is lovely, it’s exceptionally well laid out and the outdoor area is ideal for families with younger kids and it’s comfortably big enough for two families of four! Highly recommended, if there were a couple of minor points, the second double bed isn’t a double (two singles) and the outdoor furniture/sun loungers are what prevents it from being a 5*… Luis the host is also fabulous!

Family 50th Holiday

This villa is an absolute gem… the host was wonderful and very attentive. The pool was fabulous and the whole villa so spacious homely and spotless. I could have stayed all summer and will definitely return. We were a group of ages between 70 and 13 and it suited us all perfectly,

Excellent - ideal for our family.

We stayed June 2025. The villa was lovely. Plenty of space for our family of 8. The pool area was excellent and we enjoyed the garden. Plenty of room for ball games.There was a good flow to the villa which suited our needs exactly. There were areas we could all be together but also spaces if we wanted more individual time.The lemon tree in the front garden was great. Fresh lemon in our drinks - heavenly!!We would definitely return.

As a group we’ve stayed here several times in the past and always enjoyed the villa, it’s location and it’s layout. Perfect for us for golf, restaurants and nightlife. Luis is super easy to deal with and nothing is too much trouble Another great trip in a great villa!

Great family villa

Second time we have rented this villa, modern clean feel. 25 min walk to Santa ponsa beach, 10 min to marina. Bit of building work behind the villa (brand new villa being built) but didn’t disturb the stay too much. Very helpful owner. Good parking.

Amazing Villa

Fantastic villa in a quiet location, approx 15 min walk to Santa ponsa or €5 for a taxi that are very accessible. Lots of water floats and toys for children stored in the basement. Luis was on hand whenever we needed him and helped arrange our airport transport! Would highly recommend.

Better than we thought it would be!

The photos don’t do this place justice! We booked it because it looks nice and it’s in a nice location, but upon first arriving and being shown around we were blown away by the property. The outdoor space is fantastic, with lots of areas for all of us to chill out, eat together etc. highly recommended. The host was great, very responsive and was on hand to resolve a few minor issues and help with any queries.

Lovely Villa

Had a great stay at Luis villa. It is exactly as advertised and brilliant for self catering. 7 Fuego restaurant at the marina is very good and only 10 mins walk away if you get tired cooking. Luis was a great host - very responsive at all times. Small Eroski is 15 mins walk away in Santa Ponsa and the large one about 30 mins. Local taxis came promptly so it was easy to get around. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic week at Luis' finca in Santa Ponça and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The house is beautifully maintained, very clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need – from kitchen appliances to outdoor furniture. It’s clear that great attention has been paid to both comfort and functionality.The garden and pool area are absolutely lovely – a perfect oasis to relax, sunbathe, or enjoy a quiet afternoon. The pool was clean and well-kept, and the surrounding greenery gave the whole place a peaceful, private atmosphere.One of our favorite spots was the spacious terrace, which is ideal for long dinners with friends or family. Whether you're having a leisurely breakfast or a barbecue in the evening, it's the perfect setting for spending quality time together.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday home. Luis was also a very friendly and helpful host. We would definitely love to come back and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-appointed stay in Mallorca.

Lovely villa

We stayed here recently as a family and had a great time. The villa was spotless when we arrived and communication/check-in with the owner was perfect. I can honestly say it’s nicer than the photos show. Location-wise it’s easy to walk to the little Marina where we ate at the bar there several times. Also very easy to get the 123 bus from outside Jungle Parc into Santa Ponsa which has lots of shops, bars and restaurants. We ended up hiring a car as taxis were few and far between so I would recommend doing that, especially for supermarket trips (there is a big Eroski about a 10 minute drive away and a smaller one slightly closer). The villa itself had everything we needed in terms of towels, basic kitchen supplies and lots of crockery and kitchen equipment. There is a big basement with gym equipment, inflatables for the pool, bats and balls and lots of wood for the BBQ. A great spot for a family holiday.

Fabulous villa

The villa has everything you need. Very spacious, very tastefully decorated and extremely clean. The ambiance and the layout of the house flowed beautifully. Luis the owner, was very prompt, polite and approachable if we had a problem or needed advice. I would have given a 5* but gave a 4* as on arrival, when shown around the garden/pool, a villa is being built behind. So the view not as nice as expected. The workman were only there for a couple of hours a day, they weren’t intrusive and didn’t make a lot of noise. Also, would have been nice to have already had basics like cheap dishwasher tabs and kitchen roll as, in others villas I’ve stayed in, they have provided those things alongside a little welcome pack of milk, water and the like. Would highly recommend this villa. Lovely garden and so much space. We are a family of 6. My niece and her children, joined us from France, 1 teenage 13 year old girl and 9 year old boy. My son, husband and I.

Perfect setup for young family

As per the previous reviews which on the whole are accurate the photos of the villa do not do it justice, the space is perfect for a family with 3 young children and 2 sets of grandparents with good sized rooms and an incredibly well thought out layout with positioning of bedrooms, bathrooms, living space and kitchen. The outdoor space is also incredible with a much needed shaded patio area, a nice lawn leading up to a lovely pool area with additional deck chairs and shade. Luis met us on arrival and provided all the insight we could need for our stay, after that we were set and had no issues requiring us to contact him. The property felt extremely safe and was in a quite location but accessible to town. We got used to the walk down to Santa Ponsa but due to the age of the children, mostly got a taxi back although for the adults it was a nice distance to walk off the large dinners. The small beach was fine but the main beach was better and there are plenty of good restaurants around the town. Also, there is a good bus services allowing easy access to other resorts such as Palma and Peguera etc (recommend Peguera beach which is lovely and warm and remains shallow enough for young children to stand for a good 200m. Thank you to Luis and we would recommend and love to come back one day

Maison et accueil très agréables. Très bien équipée,bien décorée,bonne literie. Seul petit bémol : capacité du ballon d'eau chaude un peu juste pour 8 personnes, et il manquerait un rideau pvc sur la piscine pour la sécurité et la température de l'eau.cela restera un très bon souvenir.
