With a living area of 64 m², it features a comfortable living and dining area, two spacious bedrooms, a modern kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and an additional guest bathroom—ideal for a relaxing and comfortable Baltic Sea holiday. The beach is only about 100 metres away.

The stylishly furnished living area invites you to relax with a cosy sleeper sofa (160 cm x 200 cm), a modern flat-screen TV, and a stereo system. From here, you can step out onto the north-facing balcony. The dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals.

The adjacent open kitchenette is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a microwave. The kitchen is also equipped with a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker.

In both bedrooms, comfortable box-spring beds (each 180 cm x 200 cm) ensure restful nights. Spacious wardrobes with sliding doors provide ample storage space. The curtains allow you to darken the room comfortably. Both bedrooms open onto the north-facing balconies.

The holiday rental features a modern, tiled bathroom with a shower, toilet, and two sinks, as well as an additional guest bathroom. There is ample storage space available for your personal belongings. High-quality vinyl flooring is installed throughout the apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment where pets are not allowed.

The holiday rental includes an underground parking space (maximum clearance height: 1.50 m).

Bicycles you bring with you or rent can be locked to the bike racks. Shared washing machines and dryers are available for a fee to handle your holiday laundry.
The sauna and wellness area features a sauna, an infrared sauna, and wellness loungers, ensuring a relaxing break. The wellness area is available free of charge year-round.

Villa Hanse is located right next to the pier in Kühlungsborn Ost, just about 100 m from the beach. You can access the individual holiday apartments via Staircase An or Staircase B. Villa Hanse offers coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as a bicycle parking area directly behind the building.

The sauna and wellness area, featuring a sauna, an infrared sauna, and wellness loungers, ensures a relaxing break. The wellness area is available free of charge year-round.

Depending on the holiday rental, either an outdoor parking space or a space in the underground car park is available for you. The underground parking spaces are intended for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tyres). Please observe the applicable signage, as well as the maximum permitted car dimensions and weight limits:
