About this property

Studio *** 30 m² PRA-LOUP 1600 m at the foot of the slopes. Southern Alps

At the foot of the slopes.
Everything on site to fully enjoy your vacation and think only of skiing or the many hikes!
A cozy and calm atmosphere where everything has been designed to pamper
Before your eyes, the Ubaye Valley, sunny from morning to evening, is a magnificent picture!

It is 15 m from the Commercial Gallery, 80 m from the Ski Lessons meeting point and the start of the slopes, toboggan run, ice rink ...... 50 m from the Daycare and Kindergarten. The vehicle is forgotten for the week!
An unloading area is available to our guests 15 m from the entrance. Parking, depending on the period, is done along the access road, a parking lot 100 m away for the unlucky ones. Possibility, on request, to reserve a covered space.
We live on site and, if you wish, we can advise you on current activities, shops…. to the best of our knowledge.
Our studio is classified 3 *** by GITES DE FRANCE.
A WELCOME book at the entrance brings together:
-Emergency numbers, WI FI code
-Documentation on Winter in progress
-All the activities and activities offered on site, and in the Valley for the Summer
LIVING ROOM: decorated with a large picture window with views of the forest and the mountain, light pine furniture, a 2-seater Rapido sofa bed, a small library for adults and children, also with comics, board games, a flat screen TV with remote control, a HiFi system and DVD player. The living room communicates with the kitchen by a serving hatch and cupboards with communicating openings
A communication door allows this room to be isolated from the rest of the studio.
Mattresses and pillows are protected by covers washed regularly, or when necessary. The duvets are cleaned regularly.
KITCHEN: fully equipped with Vitroceram hob, extractor hood, mini oven, microwave, fridge with preservative.
All kitchen utensils are provided as well as a raclette and fondue set …… ..
CORRIDOR: 2 bunk beds 1 place with protective railing for the upper bed. The communication door can be closed to ensure the rest of children or older children.
A very large closet, with shelves, drawers and rods, allows significant storage: it houses in particular the vacuum cleaner, the ironing board, iron, broom ...
Coat racks are provided for adults and children…
BATHROOM with WC: Built-in sink on triple door unit,
large mirror, bathtub with thermostatic tap and shower
A folding Leifheit drying rack is available.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Praloup. L'appartement est bien agencé, fonctionnel et cosy. Seul point négatif, l'escalier pour y accéder : cheminement compliqué notamment avec les jeunes enfants et le matériel encombrant.

L'appartement était propre, bien agencé et très bien situé (proche des pistes et des commerces). Le local de ski est bien situé. Accueil super sympa. Nous avons passé une super semaine avec nos enfants (8 et 9 ans). En bref, tout était super génial. En conclusion : à l'année prochaine.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil.Le studio est très bien agencé ,très rationnel et rien à ajouter.De plus il se trouve près des pistes et des commerces.Il est facile d'accès aux restaurants,sans avoir à "sortir".De plus,les navettes gratuites vers Barcelonnette sont très appréciables,pas besoin de bouger la voiture.A RECOMMANDER.

Studio très agréable à vivre et très bien agencé, avec de grands rangements qui permettent de ne pas se sentir à l'étroit même avec un enfant. On y trouve tout le confort dont on a besoin pour un séjour au ski : au pied des pistes et à côté de la galerie commerciale, baignoire, sèche cheveux, appareil à raclette bouilloire... Pratique et Chaleureux

La charmante propriétaire nous a réservé un super accueil, s'est montré très disponible pour nous conseiller, ainsi que son fils qui gère la boutique de location de matériel dans le même immeuble et qui a été très sympa toute la durée de notre séjour. L'appartement est idéalement situé (c'est l'un des plus proches des pistes et de la galerie commerçante à la fois) et très cosy ; il ne nous manquait rien pour la vie quotidienne. Petit luxe supplémentaire : la baignoire pour se délasser au retour du ski !

très bon emplacement, tout confort

Emplacement vraiment pratique facile d'accès pour les pistes, même avec des enfants (les miens ont 4 et 8 ans). Le studio comporte tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin pour un séjour au ski y compris l'appareil à raclette et des bandes dessinées pour tous le âges. Les lits sont confortables et le studio donnent sur la montagne et non sur la galerie, donc c'est très calme. La propriétaires est en outre vraiment charmante.

appartement fonctionnel bien équipé et bien aménagé (tv, lecteur dvd, livres, jeux ...) situé au coeur de la station, proche du télécabine. peu de soleil dans l'appartement, humidité dans le couloir et les placards (linge humide.) moquette au sol ; problème d'odeur. très bon accueil ; livret contenant les possibilités de visites et activités. Pra Loup situé à proximité de nombreux cols et du Lac de Serre Ponçon
