This week of May is the ONLY week I own (for 2026 and 2027). Do not inquire about any other weeks as no other weeks are available. My Unit # 143 is on the third floor of this four floor Building D. It is a GORGEOUS direct unobstructed ocean view from living room, bedroom and balcony of this one bedroom, one bath unit in best building (Building D) at Berkshire by the Sea. Walk out the door to the beach. Property is very clean, well maintained, lobby with customer service to assist occupants. Pull out sofa and roll away cot make this one bedroom a sleep 5. Full kitchen. Amenities include ocean, lounge chairs for beach, swimming pool, hot tub, barbeque area, recreation room (ping pong, billiards), tennis courts, shuffle board. FREE Internet and cable TV.
10 minute walk to downtown Delray Beach to enjoy 50 + different restaurants, bars, entertainment. FREE trolley also available to downtown Delray Beach if you don't want to walk. Multiple golf courses within 15 minute drive. Trip Advisor rates Berkshire By The Sea the #1 travel destination in Delray Beach! My one week is ALSO AVAILABLE FOR SALE at $5,000. Weeks at this resort sell from $1,000 to $10,000 depending on building, view and number of bedrooms. NEVER rent or buy in Buildings A, B, C as they are very old, and so small that it is claustrophobic. My $5,000 ask is very fair. Great property - I highly recommend it!
I rented this unit for a week. Awesome ocean view and access, clean, professional, and lots of amenities including FREE Internet access. Easy walk to downtown Delray Beach to wonderful restaurants and night life. Nearby to everything. Look no further.
