Loved Elizabeth’s beach houseGreat location. Beach across route 1 is not crowded compared to closer into Main Street.She had a nice gift basket waiting for us. Very thoughtful Would definitely stay here again

We enjoyed this quiet property on the outskirts of Bethany Beach. Clean, comfortable, and close to the beach, it was all we needed for a decent price.

Highly recommend for any family beach trip. Wonderful property both well appointed and maintained. Our group of 11, had a great family vacation/reunion at Joe’s. We were 6 adults and 5 kids ranging from 2-12. There was something for everyone. Joe’s place was perfectly appointed with lots of extras- chairs, beach wagon and even a boogey board, lots of space and even the decks were well furnished. The beach was across the street with easy access and not crowded. We also enjoy deep sea fishing from the nearby marina. The restaurant across the street was also a plus. Thanks for a great week Joe.
