This large 5 bedroom offers 2700 square feet of space with an inverted floor plan featuring vaulted ceilings and an airy 4th level with kitchen/breakfast bar, huge dining room for 12, powder room and great room; 7 decks bring lots of light; 3rd level has master bedroom and bath, 2nd queen bedroom, hall bath, and kids' bedroom with 2 twins each with trundle; 2nd level has queen bedroom, kids bedroom with twin over full bunk beds, bathroom, family room with queen sleep sofa, and laundry room. Purchased in the Spring of 2014, we began of our family's journey of making memories at the beach. We are UD Blue Hens living in the Baltimore area with 3 small children. We are delighted to share our home with you.

Beautifully appointed and amply stocked

We were a large group of 15, including some young kids. The house was above and beyond all our expectations. All the rooms were well furnished and very comfortable. Our favorite space was the top-most level's open family area and kitchen. Everyone was very comfortable, and expressed strong interest in returning back another weekend. The location is just off the highway, across from the beach. We were able to walk there, and also park our vehicle on the 3R's road for moving beach equipment and young kids.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

We enjoyed this rental property with our two kids and another couple and their child. There was ample room for us to spread out and enjoy the amenities. The unit is well stocked in the kitchen, as well as with beach supplies. You can't beat this location with great access to the ocean simply by crossing the street. The endless ocean and bay views from the multiple balconies can't be beat. I highly recommend this property.

Better late (review) than never!!!!

Sorry for the late review. My family and I stayed here this past June and have been to this same home many times before when it was under different ownership. I am glad to say that the new owners have maintained the quality of the home and made a few welcome upgrades to the living areas. There are updated entertainment systems which was sorely needed. I was told there would eventually be updates to a few of the bedrooms in the future but they worked just fine for us.

Location is great as it's only a very short walk to the beach. Tip: the beach area immediately accessible from this location allows cars/trucks for fishing. If you have children, you could and should walk the extras 150 yards past the wood pylons where cars and fishing is not allowed. Owners also provide beach chairs, children's beach toys and a cart.

The owners were very responsive to the few minor questions we had when we arrived and were very good about their communication when booking and arriving. Highly recommend to anyone. We hope to stay here again next summer.

Great place to spend time relaxing. Nice view of ocean and bay from balcony. House is well furnished and maintained. Dan and Michelle were wonderful to work with. Would recommend to all, esp those with a larger group.

Relaxing, well appointed, well maintained. Owners Very Responsive

We've stayed at several different units in this development. Dan and Michelle's unit is among the nicest. The furniture is in very good condition. Several of the beds are memory foam mattresses which was beyond great. The kitchen table seats 12. It was great for the entire family to sit at one table and enjoy dinner. Every kind of pot, pan, utensil, wine opener, blender, you could possible need.

Great House for Extended Families

This is a truly excellent property in a great location. The layout was perfect with plenty of room for the whole family (grandparents, parents, and four grandkids ages 18 months to 9 years). The kitchen/dining area is very well equipped and in excellent condition with a plenty of dishes, glasses, and cooking utensils and even a safety gate and booster seat for the toddler. We really enjoyed the extra-large country kitchen style table. The rest of the unit is very nicely furnished as well with comfortable beds and furniture. It was a very easy 5 minute walk to the beach, but you do have to cross busy Route One. The beach is delightfully uncrowded, especially compared to downtown Rehoboth or Bethany Beach. Owners Dan and Michelle were always helpful and responsive. All in all a wonderful place.
