Close to the beach! A great multi family home with loads of ammenties.

This home is a multi-family dream come true!! Full of southern charm, this beautiful home is situated on a private lot in the Salt Pond community - this community has it ALL, and only minutes from the beach. The house has an open floor plan on the main floor with a fully stocked commercial grade kitchen that you have to see to believe and a walk in pantry.

******Due to the bunk room- This house will comfortably sleep 10 adults OR 8 adults and 7 children*******

There are 4 very generous bedrooms and 4 baths. The ground floor has an added living space used for a family/game room AND a flex room to serve as a 5th bedroom (connects to adjoining bath) if needed.

Staying with young guests? Our Bunkhouse room sleeps up to 7 kids, a crib is available in Bedroom #2 (King room) and baby amenities available upon request. Daily Workout? Enjoy the well appointed community gym OR use our in house PELOTON (requires a personal account)!!

Working remotely? No worries, the house has Wifi (w boosters) and 2 private work areas.

Enjoy a family breakfast and then head out the door for a round of golf, a dip in the community pool, a bike ride through the state park trails or a kayak on Salt Pond. Then, after a quick visit to the beach or into the bustling town of Bethany, enjoy a quiet evening on the secluded deck or dinner on the covered porch, finished by a dip in the private hot tub! A few other amenities worth mentioning include a beautiful wrap around deck, an outdoor shower which opens into a large laundry room offering a full sized washer and dryer, 3 TVs (family room and 2 king rooms) and a storage garage with beach supplies and multiple bikes (as available).

**please note that the front steps are steep and maybe difficult to navigate for someone who has trouble w stairs**

*The property has outdoor Ring cameras on each exit for security. They are not monitored during your stay*

**The house is ~5min drive to beach or 15 min by Bike (requires accessing a main road w bike lane)**

**Linens/towels are not included at this time due to laundering shortages in the area**

**kayaks are not provided but can be rented locally and the indoor pool is closed during the summer months and reopens after Labor Day, the outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day - Labor Day**

Property is lovely and has a terrific floor plan with plenty of room, both inside and out. The amenities were great with basically everything you would want/need during your stay.

This home had everything that you need for a relaxing beach getaway. Our 4 year old loved the swings under the deck and the adults loved the screened in porch! We also loved the bikes for all ages that were provided. Cassie went above and beyond with the accommodations and we really appreciate it! Will definitely be staying there again :)

Lucky Sun Beach

My family had a wonderful time in Bethany Beach. This was our second year staying here. We enjoyed the property, the community pool, and walking/biking and running on the nature trail at Delaware Seashore State Park. Fenwick Island State Park Beach is lovely and a short ride. It’s a perfect location if you want to explore or just relax. Cassie is a committed host! We had a great 2 weeks!

Had a great stay with multi generation family of 12. Layout was perfect. Even invited guests for dinner and game night. Amenities were somewhat scarce. Acceptable but not abundant.

A group of 10 of us, representing three generations of our family, stayed here for the first week of August. The house is spacious, clean, well laid out, and thoughtfully appointed to make your stay easy and enjoyable. The hosts really seemed to think of just about anything you could need which made for a great experience. The neighborhood is nice, the pool and other amenities are great for families, and the house is so welcoming you want to spend your time there. The hosts were warm, responsive without being intrusive, and provided such a great amount of suggestions and details that it was effortless to get comfortable and enjoy a vacation. Thanks so much for taking care of a family of 10, ranging in age from 9-77, we absolutely recommend you get this house if it fits your needs!

Perfect house for kids

Traveled with my children and grand children to Lucky Sun House. The house was beautiful and had many amenities, more than we even used! The neighborhood of the home was quiet, just wished there were shops & restaurant we could have walked to and wish there would have been a shuttle to the beach. Finding parking in town was a challenge. Cassie, was quick to respond to any texts we sent to her. Would highly recommend this house for families!

“Lucy Sun Beach” love

Cassie has thought of everything to make staying at Lucky Sun Beach seamless. The kitchen is amazing. Our group was a family of 13 which prepared all meals in. Everything you need for beach going is available. The Salt Pond neighborhood is wonderful. We knew in advance that we would be driving to the beaches, which we took advantage to try different beaches throughout the week. I only gave location 4 stars so readers will understand that beaches require a drive. Highly recommended!

The ultimate

Our stay in Cassie s house was fantastic. The house is clean, the kitchen is stocked with all utensils, pots pans; grill on the stove was great for morning pancakes ! It was a perfect fit for our multi-age grandkids. The 15 yr old had the room in the basement . The 5 others were happy in the bunk room! Nice having the Community pool after a day at the beach. Beautiful house , well kept and modern … everything worked . Couldn’t have asked for a better place. Made for a fantastic family vacation ! We ll be back next year !!

Beautiful House

We loved the house! There is so much space. The community pool is a 2 minute drive away. Bethany beach is a five minute drive but then you have to fight for parking and pay to park. The town is super cute and the shops and restaurants were great. The parking is the only hassle. Our kids loved the hot tub. We saw deer every day in the neighborhood on our walks. Great vacation!

As a family we have vacationed at the Delaware Beaches for many years before landing in Bethany Beach. With a large extended family and 4 beach loving little girls, we knew that this family friendly town with the most beautiful beaches in DE was the perfect location. We fell in love with a 5 bedroom home on a private lot in a well appointed neighborhood and saw this as an opportunity. It's the home where the grandparents will make memories with their grand babies, where the cousins will laugh until their sides hurt in the bunk room, and the grown ups with share a drink or two on the deck after a long day in the sun. It's our dream home - and we look forward to sharing that with you!! While you are on vacation this becomes your oasis, your home away from home - where you too will make memories that last a life time. We have poured a lot of love into setting up this rental and look forward to hosting for years to come!

The chefs kitchen and wrap around porch took our breath away - but it's the ammentiies that make it stand out! At the house - a private hot tub, in house Peloton, and commercial grade kitchen. In the neighborhood - and executive golf course, 2 pools, full gym / locker rooms, outdoor sports court, bike trails/hiking, kayaking and only a 5 minute drive to the beach make this home stand out!
