Annonce partiellement erronée

Si effectivement, le gîte est idéalement placé, comme indiqué dans l’annonce, celle-ci et la photo sont trompeuses.. Il manque en effet des précisions sur des points que nous trouvons importants. Premièrement si vous venez avec des petits-enfants, sachez qu’il n’y a pas de portail et la route passe à côté. Le jardin n’est donc pas complètement clos. de plus, il y a 1 Airbnb appartenant aux propriétaires derrière le gîte, ce qui bien évidemment, engendre du passage de voiture dans l’allée de la Proprietaire . vous ne disposez pas de la Longères entièrement, car les propriétaires habitent une partie de celle-ci, juste séparée par une porte. dernier point comme il n’est pas stipulé dans l’annonce. La troisième chambre n’est pas contiguë de votre gîte. Il faut passer par l’extérieur. ce n’est pas grave, mais c’est bien de le dire avant. nous avons cependant passé un séjour agréable . Sinon, Kervoyal est un village agréable, les plages sont familiales, parfait pour des enfants en bas âge

Erholungsurlaub in der südlichen Bretagne

Das Haus mit großem, schönem Garten befindet sich in einem kleinen, süßen Ort ganz nah an einer Bucht und nicht weit zu Fuß vom Atlantik entfernt. Das Klima ist sehr mild, die Landschaft wunderschön und die Häuser voller Charme. Die Leute dort sind sehr entspannt. Unsere Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat sich ansonsten sehr im Hintergrund gehalten. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Wunderbares und charmantes bretonnisches Bauernhaus

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt im Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt sehr abgeschirmt und dadurch ruhig; man hat eine große Grünfläche mit Liegestühlen etc. zur alleinigen Verfügung. Die Vermieter sind sehr diskret und das Dorf ist sehr charmant. Es gibt alles was man braucht: Eine Boulangerie, eine Crêperie und ein Restaurant in Fußnähe, das Meer ohnehin. Man kann also das Auto getrost stehen lassen. Ein wunderbarer Ort zur Erholung!

Maison de famille

Très bel endroit, un extérieur à la hauteur des photos et des attentes : vaste, verdoyant et ombragé, bon équipement salon chaises longues, balançoire...Intérieur spacieux, bien aménagé en cuisine, des équipements qui font encore leur travail malgré un long usage. Un où nous pourrions revenir.

Idéal pour des vacances familiales

Belle maison fonctionnelle et bien entretenue. Le jardin est un régal pour les enfants qui ont de l'espace pour jouer. Les propriétaires (habitant dans une partie de la maison) sont très discrets et disponibles si besoin. Kervoyal est un petit village très charmant avec quelques commerces et restaurants de qualité ce qui nous évite de prendre la voiture : très appréciable ! La mer à portée de pieds et un environnement familial font de cette maison un endroit idéal pour des vacances en famille !

Description mensongère !

Les moins : - Accueil particulier ; à peine arrivés on nous demande de bien vouloir quitter les lieux avant 9h30 à la fin de la location 14 jours plus tard ! - Savoir que, contrairement au descriptif et aux photos, la moitié de la maison est occupée par les propriétaires (avec leur accès direct au jardin -porte de droite sur les photos-) - Jardin grand ouvert sur le passage commun aux autres locations, reste de la maison et voisinage : intimité nulle. Il faut accepter d'être observés lors des nombreux passages de riverains. Par ailleurs, il n'est pas privé et nous avons eu les visites régulières sans prévenir des propriétaires (arrosage -se faire réveiller à 8h30 par l'arrosage d'un laurier sous ses fenêtres, ça agace !-, nettoyage des poubelles communes, dépôt de compost ...) - Machine à laver à partager avec d'autres utilisateurs et située dans le lieu de vie des propriétaires. - Micro-ondes pas utilisé puisque situé hors de la cuisine dans l'annexe accessible uniquement par l'extérieur. - Prévoir d'emporter un poêle correcte ! - Ne comptez par regarder la télévision (réception quasi impossible) - Internet ??? Les plus : - intérieur correct. - plages (à plus de 100 m ou alors 100 m marseillais !!!) très sympas ! - cadre de Kervoyal agréable (promenades, plages, pêche, pêche à pied -beaucoup de crevettes !-) - Restaurant Trymaran II très appréciable ! Conclusion : Si on avait eu envie de passer des vacances avec des inconnus et partager leur espace, on aurait loué au camping. Séjour écourté de ce fait, ce n'est pas notre conception des vacances et c'est la première fois depuis une quinzaine d'années de location avec des particuliers sans aucun souci que nous voyons ça !! Déçus surtout de s'être fait trompés par l'annonce et nous nous sommes demandés dans quelle mesure cette non honnêteté était légale !

Un endroit parfait pour se reposer

Bonjour, L'endroit est très accueillant, le jardin très agréable et les propriétaires très avenant. Nous avions oublié un matelas d'un lit bébé et nous avons été dépanné sur place. Idem pour les bonnes idées de pêche à la coque ou des cours de voile, nous avons été très bien conseillé. Nous recommandons cette location. Cdt Dominik

Idéal Vacances en famille a 2 pas de la PLAGE

Location très agréable. Accueil sympathique des propriétaires. Idéal pour des vacances en famille (nous étions 9) sans se marcher dessus grâce aux 2 parties indépendantes. La plage est à deux pas. Pêche a la ligne et à pied également. A recommander.
