Eagle Ridge is a Private Resort Community located in Intervale, between North Conway & Jackson Villages. There are some full times residences here, but most are second homes so the place is Peaceful. In fact, you'll probably have the pool to yourselves especially during the week.
With a setting high in the mountains the place relaxes you.
Our family friendly 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom ground floor end unit (sleep 6) overlooks the Moats, Cathedral Ledge and White Horse ledge with a view of Mt Washington from the parking lot.
We are located off of the 16A Intervale loop.
The resort has an outdoor heated pool, 2 tennis courts, a basketball hoop, and hiking trails at no extra charge like some other properties in the area.
Our location is very convenient and close to everything. Here are some of the main things.

What's great about out location is the fact that you can bypass the North Conway Village traffic Jam using back roads and even take a back road to Story Land if the traffic on RT16 is backed up (we'll tell you how!). You'll be able to get to Settlers Green Outlet Village the back while avoiding the backup!
Another good thing is that you won't have to bring your trash home like many other properties in the valley. There is a dumpster on property.
We will be available by cell to answer any of your questions during your stay. Our family has vacationed in this area for over 20 years and know it well.

We've been married since 1984. We have two boys in College, one graduating this year. We met in Pharmacy School and both practiced Pharmacy for many years.
I went back to school in 1989 to earn my DC (Doctor of Chiropractic).
I opened my practice in Marblehead, MA in 1993.
Ruthie got out of Pharmacy last year and now runs my front office.
We ski every weekend and more in the Winter typically at Attitash but sometimes Wildcat.

When we were looking for a place to buy in the Valley this one knocked our socks off because of the views! Very Peaceful.
Eagle Ridge Resort is high on Mt. surprise and since we are the end unit at the end of the row so we have unobstructed views out of our side and back windows. Our Unit has one of the best views of the Cathedral Ledge, White Horse Ledge and The Moat Mountains. In fact with binoculars you can watch the rock climbers on the ledges from the deck.
The sun sets every night behind the Moats and is just spectacular.
We are on the ground floor so when our kids were young they had plenty of play area right off the deck. Often times we would pitch a small tent right off the deck so they could camp out overnight.
Our location is the best. We are just outside of North Conway Village off the Intervale Loop (RT 16A) so we are able bypass RT 16 which can become gridlocked in the summer.
There is an outdoor heated pool and because the complex is high on a mountain there is always a cool breeze in the summer.
We are avid skiers and use our Unit all winter but since we live in a shore town and have our own pool we rarely get up there in the Summer.

Great view.....very quiet end unit....very responsive owners....nice furniture....place is dated, but everything was functional (except dining room light fixture)....many stains on the carpet. Between room charge, cleaning fee (high), service fees, tax, it is on the expensive side for what it is. But, we'd probably stay again.
We had a wonderful experience at your home. The check-in and check-out process was easy and self contained, no waiting for an agent. Our communication with the owners was answered promptly. While at their home we found all of our needs fulfilled. Most mornings we woke up to three wild turkeys in the yard. The views from the back deck were spectacular. We enjoyed the extra privacy of the end unit, and the extra windows. We were "close" to all the activities we wanted to go to....Storyland, Cog Railway, AMC, North Conway, and the Kang. The directions for the back roads to avoid the traffic were greatly appreciated.
We felt as if we had the best view in all of North Conway. North Conway was a wonderful point to see everything in the white mountain area. The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked. The owners went out of their way to be sure we knew exactly how to check in and out. We loved the location and the whole experience. Highly recommend!!!
We had an enjoyable 2 week stay in this unit. The view is spectacular and enjoyed being able to sit on the deck and watch the sunset. Also, being an end unit there is good privacy. This complex is away from the hustle and bustle of North Conway and very quiet. We found the unit comfortable and adequately equipped; appreciated the gas grill we could use on the many beautiful summer evenings.
We had a short, but great stay in September. The owner was very prompt and responsive, check in and check out simple. The unit was easy to find and very well located - off the beaten path, but close to everything (North Conway, Bartlett, the AMC Lodges).As an end unit, it was quiet and private. The views are gorgeous, with picturesque sunsets over the mountains, and a comfortable deck to enjoy them from. The unit was clean and comfortable, everything worked perfectly. We hope to return in the future for a longer stay, and in other seasons. Would recommend highly to friends and family.
Nothing better than grilling and eating dinner on the back deck checking out the amazing views. The girls loved rolling down the hill! Everything was clean and I felt comfortable having my toddler there. Paul was responsive and welcoming
