The guest house sleeps four people comfortably - two in a queen-size bed in the bedroom and two on a memory foam sofa bed in the living room. In addition to the queen-size bed, the bedroom is furnished with nightstands, shelves, a luggage stand, a 5-drawer dresser, and a spacious walk-in closet. Linens, iron, and ironing board provided.
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Minimum age of primary renter: 20
- All house rules can be found in the Rental Agreement and House Rules. The guest house is available for rent by non-smokers only - No Exceptions.
