We loved our week in this unit. The view is amazing. Coffee on the balcony is our favorite way to start the day. The harbor and pier are easily within walking distance. We have stayed in several units in North Coast. This was our 2nd stay in this unit. Hope to be back next year.

The view is amazing. We’ve stayed at North Coast Village several times. While the whole complex is dated they do an excellent job of keeping up the grounds and the property.This unit was clean and comfortable. The shower/toilet room could use updating. We would stay here again.

Florida weather in Southern California was an adjustment. No AC. But we had a great time anyway. Thanks for the Sparkling Cider and sweets to celebrate our anniversary. Very thoughtful. Great relaxing trip with a great view!!

Watch how you book. Buildings A and B gardens, waterfalls, koi pond, and big pool.building C doesn’t. We were in C 203 above pool , kids noisy at night. Repairs needed. Larry the owner was super nice and yet it took 2 out our four days to get bedroom tv to work. Bathroom shower needs replacing. Great view!!!!! Nice clean place.

This rental was so comfortable with all we needed. The owner was a great communicator and helped us if things arose. The view was amazing! You can hear the ocean with the windows open. The property is so well maintained and has lovely grounds and is very safe! We will be back!
