Belle provence

Maison très bien équipée, propre et avec de beaux espace. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus même avec le "mistral". Beaumes-de -Venise est idéalement situé pour se balader en Provence. Merci à Johan pour son accueil et sa discrétion. Je recommande vivement cet endroit 🙂

Sauber und sehr freundlicher Vermieter

Das Objekt ist sehr sauber und der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man sollte wissen, dass das Haus an einer doch etwas befahrenen Straße liegt. Die Küchenausstattung ist ausreichend. Das Flair ist insgesamt aber sehr angenehm. Ideal ist es für alle ambitionierten Radfahrer und Radfahrerinnen, man kann wunderbare Touren von hier aus fahren. Und sollte es mit dem Rad ein Problem geben oder ein guter Rat (oder gutes Rad) nötig sein, der Vermieter ist Profi und hat einen eigenen Radladen mit Reparatur im Ort! Uns hat es gefallen!

Gute Ausstattung, super Lage, großartiger Gastgeber

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist großartig. Man kann sehr einfach tolle Ausflüge machen, z. B. nach Carpentras, Vaison la Romain, Orange oder auch auf den Mont Ventoux. Auch Beaumes-de-Venise lohnt einen Blick und hat alles, was man braucht - von der Boulangerie bis zum Supermarkt. Das Ferienhaus selbst war sehr sauber und ist gut ausgestattet. In allen Räumen befindet sich eine Klimaanlage, die man gerade an heißen Tagen auch benötigt. Der Pool direkt vor dem Haus ist großartig und war vor allem für unsere Kinder ein sehr großes Plus. Wissen sollte man, dass der Pool ein Gemeinschaftspool ist, den man sich mit dem benachbarten Ferienhaus teilt (das hatten wir bei der Objektbeschreibung überlesen...). Ebenfalls wissen sollte man, dass die Betten vergleichsweise klein sind - wobei das wohl die üblichen Maße in Frankreich sind. Manche Menschen werden sich da möglicherweise etwas unwohl fühlen. Der Gastgeber - Johan - ist großartig. Sehr hilfsbereit, sehr kommunikativ, schnell in seinen Antworten und stets ansprechbar. Die ganze Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert. Insgesamt also ein tolles Ferienhaus, in dem man gut Urlaub machen kann.

Appréciable séjour

Agréable mais pas adaptée aux enfants en bas âge

très jolie maison, propre, décorée avec goût et bien équipée, proche d'un joli village typique et dans une très belle région. Cependant, nous étions avec 3 enfants en bas âge et la terrasse (en août 2008) n'était pas du tout sécurisée (risque de chutes d'une hauteur d'environ 60 cm de haut). Autre hic : la bordure de la piscine était constituée de cailloux, douloureux pour les pieds et pas pratique pour les enfants. Pas assez de transats pour l'ensemble des utilisateurs de la piscine (partagée avec une autre maison).

Excellent acceuil Habitation en excellent état (neuve) décorée avec gout Grande terrase très agréable et au calme Proximité du superbe centre ville de Beaume de Venise Proprietaire disponible et bon entretien de la piscine Mitoyenneté conservant une bonne intimité Lieu proche de toutes les bonnes adresses pour ceux qui apprécient les vins fins de la cote du Rhone Grande variété d'activités culturelles aux alentours
