À distance de marche de Lapeer Golf Country Club et l'un des meilleurs restaurant Lake Inn Lapeer situĂ© sur le lac. Vous n'ĂȘtes qu'Ă  quelques minutes du golf putt-putt, des karts, d'un practice et du centre-ville de Lapeer. Profitez de la pĂȘche au large du quai et des feux d'artifice sur le lac pendant le 4 juillet. Un patio fabuleux pour profiter de la vue magnifique tout en faisant griller des guimauves dans le foyer extĂ©rieur. Our second stay at this property and it continues to be outstanding. Everything that we needed, not much we didn't.The patio is spacious, well-furnished, and there are no stairs to access it. Very quiet neighborhood.

Our Favorite Place To Stay

We love staying in this darling property! It’s convenient for us to visit our family and friends in Lapeer and still have quiet times for the 2 of us. We’ve stayed here 3 years in a row! Mike and Cathie are great!

Very clean!!

This was the cleanest place I have ever stayed besides my own house. I had a small problem getting into the house, but I reached out and was given a solution immediately. I stayed here the day before and the night of my wedding. It was so close to Lapeer Country Club, beyond conventient. Thank you!

Fun for the whole family

This home was well equipped. It met every need. The convenience was much appreciated. The kids loved the beach and the water. The dock was perfect to park our boat. The hosts were easy to contact and very gracious. I would love to stay again!

Great stay

Everything was great, we really enjoyed our stay. The home was nicely furnished. We got stuck on our boat in the middle of the lake and neighbors came to rescue us and tow our boat back. Thanks for a great stay!

Enjoyable days on an active lake

Well-kept property, modern appliances, A/C. Owners were very responsive. No stairs and easy access for our physically impaired relative. Really enjoyable setting out on the patio watching the boats, water skiing, people fishing, and a couple of hot air balloons.

Lake Stay

Lakehouse Birthday Celebration

We rented this property for a staycation for my husband's 65th birthday (five days). The property was neatly maintained and one of the cleanest VRBO's we've encountered and which we truly appreciated. The owners were a breeze to work with and arrival/departure was easy peasy. They certainly thought of pretty much everything. Some kitchen gadgets I didn't know what they were - and I'm a Chef by hobby. They even came to freshen up the grass and yard so it would be perfect for our family's celebration on Saturday and while you cannot use the pontoon (someone ruined it for everyone else "sad face") the owner was so very kind to offer to take us and our few guests for a ride around the lake! So sweet. We were met with a cool thunderstorm on Friday afternoon, followed by not one, but two rainbows and the resident Bald Eagle. Then Saturday morning got to watch a sea plane land on the lake while sipping our morning coffee. So - a lot of unexpected twists which just added to our stay. Needless to say, my husband had a wonderful birthday and we had a lovely time on Lake Nepessing - including a relaxing day in the sun Sunday. The weather couldn't have been more perfect -- which certainly was the icing on his birthday cake! We definitely recommend staying here and definitely look forward to returning again some time !!!

A Local Family Staycation

This cottage getaway was exactly what our family was looking for. Even though we are local to the area, this location had access to Lake Nepessing, which was a plus. We brought our pontoon to the launch and were able to dock it at the cottage throughout our stay. The beautiful cottage had plenty of space indoors and outdoors for us to rest, cook mingle and just sit and relax with a great view of the lake. The parking and amenities offered were perfect. The beds were also very comfy after full days on the lake making memories. Many thanks to the hosts for answering quickly to our inquiries and any concerns we had. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful home

We expected a cottage. This is a home. It is tastefully decorated. The furniture and beds are all comfortable. You can even enjoy a view of the lake while in the kitchen. The owners were quicky responsive to questions. I highly recommend this property.

Lapeer Lake House

We had a nice relaxing time visiting family near Lapeer, because we had this wonderful house to return to each evening. It was very clean, the kitchen had new appliances with everything you would need. And for a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
