Very nice house, great location and with everything you need :-)

Very relaxed, house with a lot of space and very comfortable, kitchen and bathroom in modern state, very nice garden / terrace to enjoy the evenings with barbecue or playing games. Great location, very close to shops and restaurants. Very good in total, we were very satisfied. Nice contact with the house owner :-)

Maison avec tout le confort souhaité, d'une propreté exemplaire. Un excellent emplacement ! Parfait si vous avez un compagnon à 4 pattes. Un très bon accueil ! Bref au top pour passer un super séjour. Nous reviendrons !

Excellent séjour à la Cotinière !

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette location où l'on s'est senti tout de suite bien.La maison est chaleureuse, bien située, à deux pas des commerces, du port et de l'Océan.Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la Propriétaire, avec une gentille attention de bienvenue que nous avons appréciée.Le soleil était au rdv, tout était réuni pour des vacances parfaites. Un grand merci ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !propriétaire

Een heerlijk licht huis op n super locatie. Van alle gemakken voorzien. De haven, winkels én het strand allemaal binnen 5 minuten te voet. Alleen jammer dat er nergens staat aangegeven dat de electra apart betaalt moet worden.

Séjour en famille très réussi. La maison est très bien située près du centre ville et a quelques minutes à pied de la plage, des pistes cyclables à proximité. Nadine est très accueillante. Le plus : une véranda très lumineuse et au soleil le matin.

Maison très agréable et propre. Nous y étions au mois de mars, donc très peu de monde et très calme. La route peut être certainement bruyante en saison. La propriétaire est très sympathique et à l'écoute

Petit séjour oléronais

Un très bon accueil dans cette petite maison idéalement située à deux pas de la mer et du centre de la Cotinière, où l'on touve tout le nécessaire. Un séjour reposant en ce mois de février, periode a laquelle l'ile est calme.

Maison idéale

Accueil chaleureux, sympathique. La maison est située à une centaine de mètres des commerces et de la plage. Nous étions confortablement installés, il y a de l'espace intérieur et extérieur. Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances.

Très belle maison, idéalement située

La maison est spacieuse et confortable, la petite véranda permet de profiter du Soleil même quand il fait un peu frais. Tout près du port de la Cotinière, c'est idéalement situé : commerces et restaurant accessibles à pied, et position centrale pour explorer l'île en voiture ou à vélo. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire.
