Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem gemĂŒtlichen und schönen Haus verbracht. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt - in einem ruhigen malerischen Dorf mitten zwischen verwinkelten Gassen an einem kleinen Platz. Die Landschaft rundherum ist wunderschön - von der oberen Terrasse aus hat man einen tollen weiten Blick und auch ĂŒberall im Dorf öffnet sich der Blick wieder Richtung Meer oder in schöne TĂ€ler. Wir hatten unsere HĂŒndin dabei und es war sehr praktisch, dass der Außenbereich im Erdgeschoss komplett hundesicher ist. Noch zwei Hinweise fĂŒr Hundebesitzer: In der Nachbarschaft leben einige Hunde die auch frei herumlaufen - sie waren alle sehr entspannt und freundlich. Das Obergeschoss wird ĂŒber eine recht steile Treppe erreicht - fĂŒr unsere junge HĂŒndin war das kein Problem aber fĂŒr alte Hunde könnte es schwierig sein. Auch unten gibt es aber genug Platz um sich dort gemĂŒtlich aufzuhalten.Das Haus war gut ausgerĂŒstet und sauber und die Kommunikation mit Marie-Noelle war reibungslos und freundlich. Sie hat uns viele Tipps fĂŒr die Umgebung gegeben und sich auch sofort darum gekĂŒmmert, dass es ein kleines Problem mit dem Backofen gab. So eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin wĂŒnschen wir uns in jedem Urlaub!Hier noch ein paar Highlights unseres Urlaubs als Ausflugstipps: Rundwanderung nach Sant Antonino und Pigna, Wanderung durch das Fango Tal, Schlendern durch L’Ile Rousse (Baguette in der BĂ€ckerei Tomasini kaufen!).

Pittoreskes HĂ€uschen

Wir haben die 10 Tage genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Madame Marie Noelle war sehr gut und freundlich. Das HĂ€uschen hat ein traditionelles und authentisches Flair, liegt an einer pittoresken ruhigen Umgebung mitten im Dorf. Super war auch, dass sich unser Cocker-Spaniel im Innenhof und eingezĂ€unten Garten frei bewegen konnte. Guter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Radtouren mit Rennrad oder Mountainbike in die umliegenden Dörfer. Mitte Mai steht die Macchia in voller BlĂŒte. Schöne kleine BadestrĂ€nde sind in 20 min. mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir freuen uns auf's nĂ€chste Mal.

Maison idéale au coeur du village

Non loin des plages, cette maison typique avec sa terrasse ombragée et son petit jardin située sur une jolie place piétonne nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour. La vue du salon / terrasse est pleine de charme sur le village et la nature. Départ de randonnées et commerces à pieds (boucherie, épicerie, café, restaurants, dépÎt de pain) de la maison sont un gros plus et permettent de flùner dans les ruelles du village de Santa Reparata. Merci à la propriétaire pour son accueil et ses conseils.

Ein Haus mit Charme und Charakter

Wir waren 2 Paare mit zwei Hunden und das Haus hat sich von der GrĂ¶ĂŸe und Aufteilung sehr gut geeignet. Wem die AtmosphĂ€re und Ausstrahlung eines Hauses wichtiger ist als Perfektion, trifft mit diesem Haus die richtige Wahl. Das Dorf und die Lage des Hauses waren einfach nur wunderschön, es stimmte fĂŒr uns einfach alles! Vielen Dank fĂŒr diese schöne Zeit, ich hoffe, wir können nochmal wieder kommen!

Das Haus hat eine sehr individuelle AtmosphĂ€re und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefĂŒhlt. Wanderwege und StrĂ€nde sind in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen, die Pizzeria im Nachbarort ist zu empfehlen und Ile Rousse perfekt zum Flanieren und fĂŒr den Marktbesuch am Freitag.

Charmantes HĂ€uschen in einem Bergdorf

Die Unterkunft war fĂŒr uns perfekt. die traumhafte Lage, der Charme des Dorfes und und unserer Vermieterin haben uns total verzaubert. Ein tolles Haus mit Geschichte. Mit kleinem eingezĂ€unten Garten, prima fĂŒr unseren Hund. Der Fleischer und Supermarkt waren fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wĂ€rmstens empfehlen :-)

Bon emplacement . Village charmant. Le gite est agrĂ©able , mais sanitaires Ă  renover . Fournitures de base Ă  ameliorer. Rapport qualitĂ© prix non justifiĂ© . Wc bouchĂ©, lave linge en panne . Aucun produit de base a l'arrivĂ©e. Barbecue HS . Eclairage du salon defectueux . AccĂšs difficile pour les personnes Ă  mobilitĂ© reduite pour monter Ă  l'Ă©tage, escalier raide et etroit. Prix du mĂ©nage ,Ă  regler en espĂšces, exagĂ©rĂ©. Mais la CORSE est absolument magnifique , et les Corses charmants . A Ă©viter Juillet/Aout ! En Mai, le rĂȘve !

Maison pleine de charme et fonctionnelle

Une maison de village authentique et au calme sur une petite place piétonne au centre du village et à 10 minutes en voiture de l'Ile Rousse. La maison comprend tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour, que ce soit au niveau de la cuisine moderne, le petit jardin, la douche extérieure. Une terrasse avec une superbe vue dégagée sur les montagnes et une deuxiÚme à l'ombre de la tonnelle pour les journées plus chaudes. La troisiÚme chambre permet aux enfants d'avoir leur espace à eux, ils en étaient ravis. Quand à l'emplacement, la maison se trouve à proximité à pieds des commerces: boucherie, épicerie (avec pain), et de balades, ce qui est appréciable. L'hÎte est accueillante et de trÚs bons conseils. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Tolles Haus in der Balagna

Marie Noelle war eine nette, sympathische Gastgeberin. Leider hat es bei uns anfangs Schwierigkeiten mit Sauberkeit der Terrasse, Haus (Spinnweben) gegeben. Die Waschmaschine und Staubsauger haben leider auch nicht funktioniert. Sie hat sich bemĂŒht alles zu regeln und wir waren trotz der Kleinigkeiten zufrieden! Das Haus und die Lage an sich sind ein Traum, die KĂŒche sehr modern und die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf die Berge wunderschön! Das Dorf hat seinen eigenen Charme, strahlt viel Ruhe aus und man bekommt alle Kleinigkeiten zum Essen, Brot im Dorf!!! MERCIE Marie Noelle und LG KARINA&JONNY

Beaucoup trop chĂšre

Nous sommes un groupe d'amis qui avions rĂ©servĂ© 5 maisons dans le village. Donc nous avons pu comparer. Cette maison Ă©tait de loin la plus chĂšre, (mais Abritel m’interdĂźt de dire combien) la moins bien Ă©quipĂ©e (vaisselle bricolĂ©e, parures de draps dĂ©pareillĂ©es, Ă  nous de trouver les bonnes tailles dans le tas de linge, mĂȘme pas un peu de papier toilette Ă  l'arrivĂ©e...) et la moins grande (seulement 2 "vrais" chambres = 4 couchages si on fait abstraction de la chambre-buanderie et de la banquette sous l'escalier) Nous n'avons pas vu notre hĂŽte si au dĂ©part ni Ă  l'arrivĂ©e. Sentiment tenace d'ĂȘtre pris pour des bons pigeons de touristes :-)

Tolles Haus, toller Ort, nette Vermieterin!!

Wir waren 2 Wochen in dem Haus und haben es total genossen. Es liegt perfekt, ist bezaubernd eingerichtet und ist perfekter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Wanderungen und Radtouren. Im Dorf gibt’s tĂ€glich frisches Baguette, das Meer ist nicht weit, und der Sonnen- und Blumenliebhaber kommt ebenso auf seine Kosten wie der Schattenmensch! Wir haben es sehr genossen und en plus, die.Vermieterin spricht deutsch:))

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit besonderenr AtmosphÀre

Schöne ruhige Wohnung mit hellem lichtdurchfluteten Aufenthaltsraum, geschmackvoller KĂŒche mit qualitativ hochwertiger Ausstattung: ( SpĂŒlmaschine cerankochfeld 
.) Besonders hervorzuheben ist der schöne geschĂŒtzte Freibereich: direkt an die KĂŒche angrenzend gibt es einen mit Pflanzen ĂŒberdeckten Freisitz in einem kleinen Gartenhof und im Obergeschoß ist noch ein schöner großzĂŒgiger Balkon. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Das wunderschöne Ferienhaus liegt im Herzen des Bergdorfs. Es ist nur zu Fuß ĂŒber verwinkelte GĂ€sschen erreichbar, die zu einem einladend angelegten Platz fĂŒhren. Hier steht das zweistöckige Haus - mit Blick auf den Platz und die Berge im Hintergrund auf der einen Seite, mit einem malerischen Ausblick ĂŒber die blĂŒhenden GĂ€rten hinweg ins Land, auf die Berge auf der anderen Seite. Das Haus selbst ist zugleich schön und schlicht eingerichtet. Die Ästhetik des Orts strahlt eine unglaubliche Ruhe aus. Wir haben AusflĂŒge unternommen - ans Meer, an die Berge, ins Innere des Landes. Aber wir haben auch unsere Zeit im Ferienhaus sehr genossen.

Jolie maison de vacances dans village typique

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour dans cette maison située au coeur du village de Santa Reparata, à 10 mn de l'Ile Rousse en voiture. Le village offre des vues superbes sur la cÎte. La maison est confortable et pleine de charme, avec sa douche extérieure pour le retour de la plage et sa belle tonnelle qui permet de rester au frais par les chaudes journées de l'été corse. Marie-Noëlle nous a réservé un accueil agréable et bien conseillés sur les activités à faire dans les environs.
