Wir hatten eine fantastische Woche in diesem kleinen Juwel! Das Appartment ist nicht nur wunderschön, sondern auch die gesamte Anlage mit dem Pool ist ein echtes Highlight. Man spürt sofort, wie viel Liebe und Mühe in alles gesteckt wurde. Jean-Yves und Cathy sind die perfekten Gastgeber: unglaublich herzlich, diskret und immer bereit, mit wertvollen Tipps zu helfen. Es war eine unvergessliche Zeit – vielen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft!

Die Wohnung und der Garten mit dem Pool lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage des Hauses eignet sich super als Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge. Die Wohnung befindet sich, mit separatem Zugang, im Haus der Vermieter. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und trotz der unmittelbaren Nähe fühlte man sich nicht beobachtet oder gestört. Die Eigentümer-Familie hat den Garten während unseres Aufenthaltes kaum bis gar nicht genutzt. Check in war ebenfalls freundlich und unkompliziert. Bei Fragen hätte man sich jederzeit an die Vermieter wenden können. Das Haus befindet sich in einer normalen, reinen Wohnsiedlung. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es keine Supermärkte o.Ä.. Ein Bäcker und ein ganz kleiner Lebensmittel-Shop wären in ca 15-20min zur Fuß erreichbar oder eben in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto. Größere Supermärkte etc. ab ca.10-15 min entfernt per Auto. Die Umgebung gefiel uns persönlich nicht besonders gut, wofür die Unterkunft aber nichts kann. Sehr viele riesige Camping-Plätze in der Nähe und dementsprechendes Gastro-Angebot im Umfeld. Auch landschaftlich und vom Gesamteindruck der Umgebung nicht so schön wie andere Teile der Cote D’Azur. Zu den nächsten Stränden sind es, je nach Verkehrslage, ca. 12-25min mit dem Auto. Zu viert ist die kleinere Wohnung schon recht eng und alles ist offen (kein separates Schlafzimmer) aber es geht schon mit kleinen Kindern. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Klima funktioniert gut, das Bad modern. Es gibt einen Gasherd. Ein Gas-Grill wäre noch toll gewesen. Pool und Garten sind schön mit kleinen Abstrichen bei Erhaltungs- und Pflegezustand. Preis-Leistung insgesamt aber gut/fair/passend.

Tolle Unterkunft in bester LageWir hatten das Appartement für 2 Wochen, und es war wunderbar. Das Appartement ist super ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Klimaanlage arbeitet nahezu geräuschlos, das Badezimmer ist groß und modern, und die Küche bietet alles, was man benötigen könnte. Die Außenanlagen übertreffen das Innere aber nochmal: eine schöne kleine und überdachte Terasse mit einem großen Tisch und bequemen Stühlen, und in 3 Meter Entfernung ein großer, beheizter Pool. Luxus pur!Die sehr sympathischen Vermieter wohnen nebenan, sind aber äußerst zurückhaltend. Bei Fragen kann man sich aber jederzeit an sie wenden und erhält jede Menge Informationen.Die Unterkunft liegt etwa 12 Autominuten vom Strand entfernt, so dass man zügig am Meer ist. Vor dem Haus gibt es mehr als ausreichend Parkplätze.Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft bedingungslos weiter! Könnte man mehr als 5 Sterne vergeben, würden wir dies tun!Alles in allem eine Top-Unterkunft.

Lovely hosts quite peaceful environment

We loved our stay here we were made to feel extremely welcome from the onset apartment was great for the money ,could do with a smart tv ,provide salt pepper toilet rolls proper sized coffee cups plus plastic wine glasses for around the pool .only small things that could add to this great holiday destination very close to supermarket and very close to Fréjus beach .we loved our stay and would highly recommend thank you to the hosts for having us my twin girls loved the heated pool

Super villa

Bij aankomst hartelijk ontvangen door de zeer vriendelijke eigenaar. Het verblijf was zeer schoon en er stond een heerlijke fles wijn koud in de koelkast!Alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig. Het verwarmde (!!) zwembad was zalig. Goede uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te bezichtigen.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Jean-Yves und Cathy waren sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war bestens ausgestattet, zudem war sie sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und alles sehr gepflegt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Garten und Pool waren ebenso schön gestaltet, sodass wir einen wirklich entspannten Aufenthalt hatten und gerne noch einmal wiederkommen.

Wohlfühloase an der Côta d‘ Azur

Ein wirklich netter und herzlicher Gastgeber der immer ein offenes Ohr hat. Er ist bei Fragen und Tipps immer behilflich, wart dabei jedoch immer die Privatsphäre der Urlauber. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles was man für den Alltag im Urlaub benötigt. Die Poolanlage und der umliegende Garten ist einfach ein Traum und laden zum entspannen und erholen ein. Gerne wieder.

Top Apartment in einer kleinen Oase

Vielen Dank an Jean-Yves und Cathy. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Sollte doch etwas fehlen, sind die Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit. Dank der praktischen Schlafcouch können auch vier Personen in dem Apartment übernachten. Eine wunderschöne Oase ist der Garten und der Pool. Zum Relaxen am Pool sind ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.

Schönes Apartment & freundliche Gastgeber

Wir haben eines der Apartments für 14 Tage im September gebucht. Bei Anreise wurden wir freundlich begrüßt, uns wurde die Wohnung und der Garten gezeigt. Da wir kaum französisch sprechen, haben wir uns auf englisch verständigt, was auch überhaupt kein Problem war. 😊 Das Apartment war sauber, der Garten sehr gepflegt und der Pool wurde ebenfalls regelmäßig gereinigt. Es gibt ausreichend liegen und Sonnenschirme und wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt genießen! Wenn wir fragen hatten, egal ob zur Wohnung oder zu einer Empfehlung für Unternehmungen, war Jean-Yves immer gut zu erreichen und hilfsbereit. :-) Im Apartment lag eine Mappe mit einigen Informationen zum Ort und der Umgebung (z. B. Wann ein Markt im Ort stattfindet). Was für uns aus dem Inserat nicht eindeutig hervorging war, dass der Vermieter mit seiner Familie direkt mit dort lebt. Wir hatten es ursprünglich so verstanden, dass wir uns den Garten mit weiteren Gästen teilen würden. Fußläufig sind nur wenige Lokale und Bäcker zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto (oder Fahrrad) war es aber kein Problem. Den Strand und Hafen in Fréjus hat man in Max. 8 Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht. Uns hat das Apartment sehr gut gefallen und würden es weiter empfehlen :)

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans le studio mezzanine. Appartement très bien aménagé, de qualité et très agréable à vivre. Extérieur magnifique et bien entretenu. Cadre reposant. Propriétaires au top !

Ein schöner Urlaub

Wir haben eine Woche Urlaub bei Jean-Yves gemacht. Die Unterkunft war schön, das Appartement war gut eingerichtet. Jean-Yves ist ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Bei Ankunft wurde uns Wasser und Wein bereit gestellt. Eine sehr nette Geste. Bei Fragen hat er uns direkt weitergeholfen und wir hatten das Gefühl, gut aufgehoben zu sein. Leider stand gerade zu jetzigen Zeiten (Corona) kein Desinfektionsmittel in der Unterkunft bereit. In der Küche der Unterkunft gab es keine grundlegenden Produkte wie Salz, Essig, Öl, Küchentücher. Toilettenpapier, Küchenrolle, Salz, Pfeffer etc. sollte man also mitbringen. Die Küche war sehr sauber, doch hatte sie einen Geruch den wir nicht zuordnen konnten. Der Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das ganze Anwesen ist einfach nur toll. Es gibt allerdings draußen einen kleinen Raum (Waschraum) in der Nähe des Pools, hier hätten wir uns ein wenig mehr Sauberkeit gewünscht. Alles in allem war es aber ein schöner Urlaub, mit kleinen Mängeln, die das Wetter und das dortige Flair aber wieder aufgehoben haben.

N’hésitez pas à réserver ! Le logement est bien équipé et d’une propreté irréprochable, les propriétaires sont extrêmement sympathiques et la piscine est implantée dans un cadre fort agréable. Tout est réuni pour que vous passiez d’agréables vacances non loin des plages et du merveilleux massif de l’Esterel !

Top Class Accomodation

This is without doubt the BEST property we have ever stayed in after holidaying in France for over 20 years. The property is excellent and very modern. The pool and gardens are fabulous. The owners are lovely, friendly people who are there if you need them, but very discreet when you don't. Excellent location as it's only a 15 minute drive to Frejus Plage and no more than 30-40 minutes drive from most places on the French Riviera coastline.

Lieber Jean Yves und Cathy Quatreville, bei der Ankunft hatten wir uns vom Anblick des Hauses und der herzlichen Begrüßung gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Nach kurzer Einweisung über den Gesamtbereich der Wohnung und Garten mit Poolbereich das alles super sauber und gepflegt war. Es fehlt an nichts . Also Top Ausstattung sowie Küche und alle andere Bereiche. Es ist super ruhig , und der Erholungswert für uns einwandfrei. Preisleistungsverhältnis ist super und kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vom Markt bis Discounter ist alles in näherer Umgebung. Frejus selbst ist sehr vielfältig angefangen von dem Altenteil bis Hafen und tollen Strand........unsere Seele hinkt jetzt noch hinterher. Un accueil très convivial par des hôtes à la fois disponibles et discrets, une demeure confortable et calme ouvrant sur une piscine creusée au milieu d'un magnifique jardin parsemé de palmiers de diverses espèces réunis en bouquets et donnant à l'ensemble l'aspect d'un tableau du plus bel effet. Toujours excellent

Pour un deuxième séjour en 2 ans nous sommes toujours aussi contents. Logement très confortable et très bien équipé. Jardin, piscine et pool house superbes. Jean-Yves et Cathy sont toujours de bon conseil et très discrets et continuellement en train d'améliorer les lieux. L'endroit est très calme idéal pour se reposer et en même temps à proximité des commerces et loisirs pour tous. Nous recommandons cet endroit
