Maison agréable avec de nombreux couchages. La maison n'est pas grande mais fonctionnelle. La cuisine est tres bien équipée, la vaisselle est très belle et il y a tout! La vue sur la mer est magnifique avec le coucher de soleil sur les sanguinaires. La climatisation est tres appréciable aussi. Le barbecue sur la terrasse aussi a été tres apprécié. Bel endroit, résidence très calme et à 5 minutes d'une petite plage très belle. Je recommande!

La maison se situe un lotissement en sortie de . Elle est accolée sur ses 2 côtés par 2 autres maisons. On arrive sur une courette équipée d’un cabanon bois qui sert de remise avec plein de équipements pour les activités de mer dont une partie est à disposition. La maison se compose de deux niveaux avec une grande pièce à vivre qui donne sur une terrasse avec vue magnifique sur la mer et Ajaccio au lointain. La seule chose à reprocher est l’odeur « de moisissure » côté cuisine et chambre du RdCh. Bon pour le reste tout est top, l’équipement de la maison, le confort et le calme. Des premières plages sont accessibles à pied, mais si l’on veut aller voir les très belles plages de sole e mare , il faut prendre la voiture. Idem pour aller à Porticcio. Ajaccio est à 30min pour les adeptes du shopping.Je recommande.
