This wonderful duplex is located next to the promenade of Bristol. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, a kitchen, a living room and a small terrace. It has two community pools in one of the best residential areas of the beautiful town of Corralejo. The airport is 35 km away and the pier is only 200 meters away, from where you can take a boat to get to know Lanzarote.

Good apartment in nice area

Lovely apartment in residential complex. Olga, our host, was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. Really like the situation near maritime walk.

Clean and cosy appartement

The appartement is really wel equipped, cosy and still close by the center. It's more quit neigherbood and calm but only a few minutes walk to the center. I had a great time here. Only the outside area and the pool is a bit small. The communication with the owner is easy and flexible.

Great Place in Corralejo

Ok, met the owner and she showed me the property and went over house rules. Now I always list the bad and then the good. Ok here is the bad:Ok now on with the good:This place is nicely laid out. It has an excellent kitchen with all you should need. There is a deck out the front for morning coffee or tea. Off the kitchen there is a solarium type place which gets a lot of sun. There is a small bathroom downstairs, upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom.The bathroom is nice with lots of hot water and great water pressure. The washing machine works well. Now where are you in Corralejo, well you are literally a 3 minute walk from the beach walk where you can walk among the volcanic rocks and watch the waves crash.There are dive centres and surf shops close. Also the ferry terminal is a short 10 minute walk if you want to go to Los Lobos or Lanzarote. I went to Lanzarote for a day and recommend it. The new town is only a 20 minute walk and takes you along the coast where you see many restaurants and shops. This is a great place to stay in a great location.

Spacious, lovely clean apartment.

Lovely spacious apartment, nice décor, clean, and in quiet area. Within walking distance to old town (10min?), and bit further (another 5-10min?) to main town. Had everything we needed (although a couple of large fans would make it even more comfortable). Pleasant owner was available to help if needed. Would recommend.

Wohnung mit toller Atmosphäre

Wir waren 2 Wochen im Februar in Corralejo und haben uns in "Casa Paula" sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine schön eingerichtete Wohnung im spanischen Stil, ausgestattet mit allem, was den Urlaub angenehm macht... gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr gute Betten, TV mit deutschen Sendern, gut funktionierendes WIFI. Ruhige gepflegte Wohnanlage und das Meer direkt vor der Nase - was braucht man mehr. Der Hafen und die Stadt sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Zu erwähnen ist noch die sehr angenehme Betreuung durch Sergio und Ana. Wir können einen Aufenthalt in der "Casa Paula" nur empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft hielt sämtliche Versprechen. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage ist auch kein Auto notwendig

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt, da die Anlage sehr gepflegt und ruhig war.Olga war auch sehr nett und hätte alles notwendige getan damit wir uns noch besser fühlen (war ja nicht notwendig ).Danke nochmal, wir können Euch nur weiterempfehlen. Hast la proxima.Dirk

Absolut empfehlenswert

Die Wohnung entsprach exakt der Beschreibung. Alles war im tadellosen Zustand. TV mit internationalen Sendern (auch deutschen). W-LAN ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Gut gelegen am Rande Corralejo's - man ist schnell im Ortszentrum und am kleinen zentralen Stadtstrand. Der Kontakt zur sehr netten Vermieterin war komplikationslos. Zweimal wurde nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei oder etwas fehle. Alles super! Komme gerne wieder.

Muy amable la propiedad y estupendo apartamento

Hemos estado disfrutando de este estupendo apartamento tres personas durante una semana. Todas las habitaciones amplias y acogedoras, limpio, cuidado con un sin fin de detalles que hace aún más agradable y acogedora la estancia. Zonas comunes con dos piscinas para niños y adultos. Ubicado en una zona muy tranquila y muy buen situado a 5 minutos andando de la zona de ocio y comercial. Olga, la propiedad te recibe con una amplia sonrisa y un agradable detalle de bienvenida que se agradece. Lo dicho recomiendo al 100% este fantástico apartamento, que sin duda repetiremos. Hasta pronto!!!

Good place for holiday

We spent 5 beautiful days at this apartment. It is a good and quiet place for family,close to the Ocean and just 5 minutes walk to the central. The property was clean and nice inside and outside,and the manager lady was very helpfull and frendly. I think we will come back next year!

ottima sistemazione vicino al mare

L'appartamento che ho condiviso con i miei compagni di viaggio ci ha soddisfatto a pieno. Ottima la posizione, casa pulita ed attrezzatissima, vicina centro e a servizi quali ristoranti e negozi. Lo consiglierei sicuramente ad un amico o parente.

Nice but not as advertised....

Olga is a lovely lady and did her best to rectify all of our complaints, but unfortunately the main one could not be addressed - the property is shown as having two balconies. It barely has one- there's a small table and one chair squeezed onto it, and as the property is supposed to sleep 6, I don't know where the other three would go - we were three and couldn't fit on it!!! the rere balcony is not a balcony at all, it's a glassed in laundry area, and if you squeeze yourself out of othe window and look to the left, you can see the sea - but this is shown in a very clever way in the photos on site so that you think it's another balcony. There were a lot of things either not working or just not there, most of which Olga kindly rectified when she returned to the island halfway through our stay - but also, the apartment is in a very residential area and doesn't feel like a holiday apartment at all. I honestly felt it was too expensive for what we got, and we wouldn't be in any rush to return.

Dear Billie, Firstly I would like to thank you for your review of your recent stay at my property. I am really sorry to see that you have taken these negative memories with you after your stay. It is always my aim to make all my guests feel welcome and pampered during their stay with me and I have always got it except with you. Regarding your impression about the balconies, I am so sorry if for you a table of 40x40 metres is not big enough and the two chairs plus the additional chair that you bring from the main bedroom. In reference to your worry about how can 6 people sleep in my property, the house has a main bedroom, sleeps 2 and a second bedroom with two beds, plus the sofa bed in the living room of a size of 135 cm. All the pictures from the web site has been taking from the house, except one who shows a lovely beach in Corralejo, but in any of my descriptions is written that the house is facing the beach. With regards to the other matters raised (the shower head, the kettle and coffee machine), I really apologize for it but they were solved within 24 hours. I invite you to read all the wonderful reviews that I have in other websites about my holiday apartment and hope that for this price you find a better accommodation next year.
