Villa Espaciosa con Piscina Climatizada y Amplio Patio Privado

Spacious villa with a heated pool and large private patio
Spacious contemporary villa. Ideal for families or couples looking for a relaxing vacation. Heated pool. Large private patio with 2 outdoor dining areas. Built-in barbecue. Very quiet, peaceful area. 50-inch flat-screen TV with ALL UK channels, including Sky Sports. We also have German, French, and Italian TV channels. Floor fans in the bedrooms. Baby amenities. Luxury mattresses on the beds. Blackout shades in all rooms, keeping them cool, comfortable, and dark so the children can sleep. We’ve gone to great lengths to create a contemporary and luxurious atmosphere for the property. You may notice other villas in the area that resemble ours. What sets us apart is that we’re on the edge of the development and have unobstructed views of the ocean horizon; others are surrounded on all four sides by other villas. We’ve raised the walls adjacent to our neighbors to ensure you have a very private terrace. We’ve doubled the size of the standard patio and landscaped the gardens with palm trees and plants. We’ve built a large barbecue. All the beds have very comfortable mattresses and high-quality linens.
The adjacent road you can see on the map is not an access road; it’s a dead-end street, so the only traffic you’ll see is from people who get lost. So it’s very, very quiet and private.
