Sehr schönes, liebevoll und außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattetes großes Haus. Der riesengroße Garten ist ein Paradies. Das ganze Anwesen ist komplett eingezäunt. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt, da der sympathische Hausmeister auch auf dem Grundstück wohnt und es war insgesamt angenehm ruhig. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass man von Sainte Maxime aus Richtung St. Tropez fahren muss, was zumindest im August viel Stau in beide Richtungen bedeutet. Aber es ist nicht allzu weit.Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und hatten eine sehr schöne und erholsame Zeit.

Sehr schöne Villa und gute Lage

Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat eine super Lage selbst zu Fuß leicht zu erreichen. Der Hausmeister vor Ort sehr nett zu hilft immer. Waren sehr zufrieden können die Villa empfehlen. Lieben Gruß aus Deutschland

Ein 'kleines' Paradies

Sehr erholsame und entspannte Tage in einem großartigen Ambiente. Ein wunderschöner Garten mit großem und gepflegtem Pool, eine großzügige provenzalische Villa mit reichhaltiger Ausstattung und ausreichend Platz für 4 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder. Wir kommen wieder!

Belle villa dans un jardin magnifique, proche de la mer

La villa est spacieuse et très bien équipée tant pour la maison que pour les loisirs. Nous avons été accueillis avec gentillesse par le gardien sur place. Tout fonctionne à merveille dans la villa. Nous avons apprécié la grande piscine et son plongeoir, le barbecue, terrain de boules ,table de ping-pong et trempoline pour les enfants , la climatisation ds les chambres et surtout le jardin et son calme. La mer est a 15 minutes a pied (avec des marcheurs lents) et nous avons trouvé des parkings gratuits proches de la plage. St Maxime est très joli et bien placé pour explorer la région avec les navettes bateau pour st Tropez et port Grimaud . Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Wir waren 14 Tage vor Ort, mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern. Es ist ein traumhaftes Anwesen mit allerlei Annehmlichkeiten. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche übrig und die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Schlafzimmer sind alle sehr schön ausgestattet und es gab sogar ein Spielzimmer mit vielen Spielsachen für unsere kleine Tochter! Wir hatten einen ganz wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

The Perfect Vacation Spot

We were a large group of family& friends ranging in age from 21 yrs to 70 yrs. This home offered absolutely everything we could want, set in the most spectacular garden one could imagine. The wonderful town of Sainte Maxime, with great dining, shopping, and easy access to the Bateau Verts Ferry was a 15 minute walk. Numerous beach club options that offer sun loungers with bar service and full service restaurants on the sand line the easy to walk coastline. Since we all enjoy cooking, numerous trips were made to the large Carrefour Super Marche nearby, where parking is plentiful. We ventured to St. Tropez twice on the Ferry, but were happiest just hanging out at the Villa or exploring the very chill vibe of Sainte Maxime. The owner was very responsive to questions ahead of our arrival, and the on-site property manager was charming, and available to help if we needed anything. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, the home was very tastefully decorated, there were plenty of sun loungers and pool toys. We enjoyed the ping pong table and the boules court, the many beautiful outdoor spaces, and of course, the large pool. The bird song in the morning makes you feel you are in an aviary. Such a peaceful and private vacation home. The only suggestion I could offer for improvement would the addition of air conditioning in the Master Suite, but we did find a fan, which helped tremendously. We hope to return again to this special property, and we thank Madame Comyn for her kindness.

Magnifique villa et superbe jardin ! Encore plus beau en vrai que sur les photos. Bien équipé niveau cuisine, literie confortable. Grande piscine entretenue par le gardien, boulodrome, ping-pong, trampoline, salle de jeux, home-cinéma, plancha au gaz, grand emplacement pour se garer. Nous recommandons vivement !

Excellent séjour

Le séjour était au top, une magnifique villa qui est encore plus belle en réalité, bien située, à proximité de la plage et du centre ville accessible à pied. Prestations de grande qualité et point bonus sur la piscine et le parc arboré de villa qui sont sublimes. Gardien à proximité de la villa,très gentil et présent pour l'entretien du jardin et de la piscine.
