Family friendly maison with fabulous views

Family of 10 stayed for 2 weeks. Excellent location, family friendly, clean, everyone loved the pool. Plenty of room to speadout. Definitely needed mosquito repellant when the breezes died down. A/C kept us all cool and comfortable when inside.

A wonderful home and location for family vacation

The villa, located between Frejus and St. Maxime, is wonderful. It has a very nice pool, 10-15 minute walk into town, and the rocky beach is only 1 block away with the sandy beaches about 10-15 minutes away. Home is modern and well-maintained. Kids could have just stayed in the house the entire vacation playing in the pool and bocce ball. The manager of the home, is very nice, speaks excellent English, very responsive, and is local who knows the area. We would definitely go back to this house on our next trip to France.

Did not disappoint

I do a lot of Vrbo's and there's always that little bit of doubt in your mind when visiting a property for the first time. This property did not disappoint, it was fabulous. Great home away from home for friends and families to get together. Pool was definitely the highlight, thank you Michael for warming it up for us ... it was perfect. The house is very well appointed and well equipped. Lots of shaded areas to hang out together and relax. The location was superb, just a 10 minute walk to shops, restaurants and the local market. Had a few electrical hiccups the first couple of days, however, Michael was super responsive and we were very well taken care of. Would highly recommend this home.

Summer 2025

The villa is amazing with some small areas where it could be perfect but it was among the top two we have stayed at. The layout of the villa with the large terrace and seating are is perfect and the pool is simply wonderful.The small negatives are the kitchen layout is a bit small for the villa and cosy when you have five teenagers and young adults all making lunch at the same time AND that there is no freezer upstairs.The only other point to note is that it was a lovely gesture to have a cold bottle of rose, a bottle of water would have been an added plus.Les Isambres is a lovely place with all you need for beaches, restaurants, water sports and shops. Thank you Micheal for being a great host and for solving the queries about where the pool lights were switched on and off from!An amazing 14 days and veyr sad to be home

Family holiday

We had a very relaxing time in this beautiful villa . Worked well for 3 generations and everyone had their own space with the luxury of en suites to each bedroom . Air con efficient and appreciated and found it hard to drag ourselves away from the pool ! Any issues , of which there was just one , quickly dealt with by Michael who also kindly had the villa ready early , again much appreciated. If I had to look for a negative and I’m really having to hunt for something , maybe an ordinary large saucepan would be helpful as we mostly cooked for 9 each evening but other than that , extremely well equipped villa . Would be very happy to return in the future

Amazing house in a prime location.

An amazing house. Air conditioning was great. It was well into the 90s and the house was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we made dinner there every night. Pool was great and outdoor space was spectacular. It was a short walk to the beach and many restaurants. A medium walk to the Less Issambres port where you can get a ferry to St. Tropez. Having car was helpful as you should go to grocery stores in other towns. Restaurants in the area are nice. Hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to our messages. We spent the morning out at the beach, in the town or exploring another town. Afternoons we spent at the house in the pool. We had 3 couples and each with 1 kid. Plenty of space for all of us. Would love to come back.

Great villa in a great location

This is a superb villa, with ample space and nicely furnished. It has everything you need to enjoy your holiday. The kitchen is well equipped, with all the main items. We really enjoyed the outside space, sitting looking out across to the sea or around by the pool. Above we enjoyed the peacefulness of the area. Its a short walk into town where there are shops, small supermarkets, bakers butchers and also a small selection of restaurants. There are also small beaches within easy walking distance from the villa. We took the ferry to St Tropez several times - again within easy reach from the villa, which is an excellent day out. St Maxime is also nearby, for further shops etc. Cannes would be possible - but unfortunately due to the current situation we did not venture that far. The villa is managed by Michael who was extremely easy to deal with and made the whole process very simple. We had a lot of concerns travelling in the COVID crisis, but he gave us plenty of assurances with regard to the villa and also the general positive attitude being take by the local people with regard to the necessary precautions. Hopefully if our travel plans bring us back we shall return ....

Wir haben einen sehr schönen, erholsamen Urlaub in dem Haus verbracht. Das Grundstück mit Bouleplatz und Pool ist toll angelegt und unsere erwachsenen Kinder haben das Sprungbett am Pool gefeiert. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was es braucht und bei Fragen ist der Vermieter sehr gut erreichbar und antwortet schnell. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut, ein kleiner Strand ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein größer Strand sind ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Küstenstraße ist mit ca. 200 m weit genug weg, um nicht zu stören, und nah genug, um mit Auto schnell zu anderen Locations zu kommen.

Schönes Haus mit nähe zum Strand

Im allgemeinen ist es ein sehr schönes Haus mit schönem Ausblick und einem super Pool. Allerdings sollte mal in die Einrichtung investiert werden, wie zum Beispiel die Liegen am Pool. Des weiteren müsste etwas gründlicher geputzt werden bevor neue Gäste anreisen. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Traumhaft!

Wir haben die 10 Tage Urlaub - obwohl das Wetter nicht optimal war - sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, super sauber und hat eine perfekte Lage. Die Betreuung vor Ort war ebenfalls sehr gut. Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet, die Übergaben waren absolut unkompliziert und wir kommen gerne wieder. Magnifique villa très bien située et équipée

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison est très bien située dans un quartier calme avec une vue incroyable sur la mer et le lever du soleil. Elle est très spacieuse et cocooning. Il est très appréciable d'avoir une salle de bains par chambre. Elle contient tous les équipements nécessaires (ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle, jeux de société, grande télévision avec Netflix, Wifi, baby-foot, terrain de pétanques, piscine, hammam, sauna...) Mickaël a été très disponible pour chacune de nos interrogations.

Super Urlaub mit der Familie

Wir sind als Familie (alle Erwachsen) mit Partnern verreist und haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen! Wir würden jederzeit wieder die Villa für einen gemeinsamen Urlaub buchen, da wir uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und eine schöne Zeit zusammen verbracht haben. Sehr gefreut hat uns die gut ausgestattete Küche, da wir hauptsächlich selbst gekocht und in der Villa gegessen haben. Das einzige, was man bedenken muss, ist, dass es recht lange dauert, die umliegenden größeren Ortschaften zu besuchen. Les Issambres selbst ist sehr klein, wer gerne in eine Stadt fahren und ein bisschen bummeln möchte, muss dafür etwas extra Zeit einplanen.

Super schöne Villa in Top Lage

Super Urlaub mit Freunden in einer sehr schönen Villa. Haus ist gut ausgestattet, Kontaktperson immer sofort erreichbar und freundlich. Strand und Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Ansonsten kann auch das Auto genommen und die zahlreichen Städte und Strände entlang der Küstenstraße erkundet werden.

Absolutely wonderful!

We stayed here with two other families and had a wonderful time. There are so many well thought out details, like the ice machine and the many places there are to lounge. Having 5 bathrooms (along with 5 bedrooms) is a total luxury too. We very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Fantastic location and lovely views

We just spent a week at this lovely home in Les Issambres and none of us wanted to leave. The house is nicely decorated and there is everything you need to cook meals at home and enjoy the beautiful views. On the other hand, if you want to go out for a meal, there are plenty of good places to find. We particularly enjoyed the close proximity to the beach (and the private pool) and many other fun locations nearby—shopping, grocery, boulangerie, etc. Great communication from the host—everything was as described and he took the time to help us with a number of questions we had, which was very kind. We are already planning our return visit!

We had a crush on this villa. Subsequently it has been totally renovated with care to make it a perfect rest and haven to relax during long weekends or holidays.
Visit the nearby village of St. Tropez, 15 minutes by ferry or just walk down to the beach and walk along the shore trail for as long as you want... So much to do in the area, relaxing or sportive or... it is your choice.

Quiet and close to the sea, restaurants and shops.
Comfort of new bedding and petits' extras like 'hamam, sauna, wine cellar. If you are into yachts, they can be rented at the port. There are large terraces to relax from the days activities. Beautiful sea view. Petanque.
