Jolie petite maison de vacances

Quel beau séjour dans cette petite maison fort bien aménagée avec goût. La ville est agréable, les gens sont aimables et la plage est un rêve pour les enfants. Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Tous les ingrédients nécessaires sont là pour avoir envie de revenir...

Décevant au regard de l'annonce et du prix

La maison est agréable et bien placée. Cependant, le prix pratiqué est abusif, d'autant plus que l'annonce n'est pas exacte. La maison n'est pas à 100 mètres de la plage (au mieux, 250 mètres à vol d'oiseau), et loin d'être "entièrement rénovée" ! En plus de cela, il n'y a pas de stationnement (pas même dans la rue où est située la maison), ni internet (et réseau 4g saturé en période estivale). La salle de bain, qui n'apparaît pas en photo dans l'annonce, est exiguë et très rudimentaire. La literie est médiocre (sommier branlant, matelas affaissé), rideau de la chambre pas totalement occultant et pas de volet, carreau cassé... A notre arrivée, le ménage était très approximatif. État des lieux d'entrée pré rempli par les propriétaires qui n'étaient pas présents, la personne qui nous a accueillis (après un retard de 15min) ne connaissait pas bien la maison (elle même ne parvenait pas à ouvrir le portillon d'entré)... Enfin, les extérieurs semblent à l'abandon (végétation envahissante qui empêchait notamment de profiter du fameux hamac mis en avant dans l'annonce). Défaut d'entretien général criant. Nous sommes venus avec un jeune enfant : il n'y avait aucun équipement (lit bébé, chaise haute). En bref, un prix totalement en décalage avec le standing de la maison (ce qui nous a été confirmé par les locaux sur place et le site de la mairie de Chatelaillon qui propose des locations mieux placées à moindre coût) Les carreaux de ciment ne font pas tout...

Logement calme et familial

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Depuis la maison, on peut tout faire à pieds, plage et commerces. S'il y avait une petite amélioration à apporter, ce serait sur les lits individuels (les matelas sont un peu fatigués)

Emplacement idéal !

Une belle maison très vintage où il fait bon manger dehors, et qui convient aux jeunes enfants: terrain bien clos et jardin ombragé sous un impressionnant figuier. Un des atouts majeurs est l’emplacement: 5 min pour la plage, le marché, commerces et restaurants, et 10 à 15 min pour la fête foraine, le mini-golf et la gare ! Les propriétaires sont à l’écoute et attentifs au bien-être des locataires. Nous recommandons !
