Esta villa atrae a todos - parejas y familias y cuenta con 5 dormitorios y 4 baños en dos plantas y puede alojar cómodamente hasta 10 adultos. La villa tiene una cocina equipada, amplio salón comedor con TV y equipo de música, que se abre a una gran terraza con porche que es perfecto para cócteles al atardecer y cenas al aire libre.
La piscina privada equipada con tumbonas ideales para atrapar los calidos rayos del sol y disfrutar de las fantásticas vistas.

Amazing stay

We were very impressed from start to finish. Not only with the beautiful, spacious accommodation, but also with the way nothing was too much trouble for Jose when we needed anything.

Rude owner, a nightmare to communicate with

Arrived 27/07/23 for a stag with 10 friends, owner was rude even in coms before we arrived. There to greet us when we arrived, didn’t even say hello just stood there with a blank stair on his face. Pesters you, has an attitude and left me wondering why he rents the property out when he clearly hates to. Very condescending, arrogant and above all his customer service skills in general are non existent. Villa is nice, poor photos though it’s a lot better in person. Left it in a good state when we left and he was straight away badgering me to see if we had broken anything?? Then picked on things like rubbish bags being left when there was no large bin in the villa only 700m down the road? Pathetic. Avoid this place at all costs unless this bloke sells it. Painful.

I am really sorry you felt this way. You had my telephone number to contact me at anytime you needed to. And yes Bins are 100m away from the villa as I told you the first day , not 700m, and you didn’t complain about it. And yes checking the villa after check out is a normal procedure in all hotels villas around the world. That is why a security deposit is asked in advance. A villa is not a hotel as you know and some services are not included. One of that services is throwing the garbage. Thanks for your staying.

Amazing villa in Ibiza

11 of us stayed here for a week and couldn’t fault the villa! Spotless and spacious with an amazing pool and outdoor area. The sunsets were spectacular to watch from the terrace! Jose was extremely helpful from when we booked to checking out and ensured we had everything we needed. There is an issue on the whole island with taxis at the moment but Jose did everything he could do book them for us! What an amazing time and we can’t wait to return

A perfect spot in ibiza

We stayed here for 5 days and it was perfect. Jose was amazing from the start of the booking until we left and was always on hand to help us out with anything. The villa is amazing and enough room comfortably for 11 of us. It was out of the hustle and bustle of San Antonia but literally only 5 minute cab into town or a 20 minute walk. The pool area was amazing and the villa was spotless. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. Thanks Jose for a wonderful stay!

Exceptional property and wonderful host

We had a fantastic few days in Jose's beautiful villa. It was extremely well equipped and clean and Jose was so helpful and informative. The pool was perfect and the location so peaceful and relaxing. I would recommend a hire car if you want to explore. Taxi's are relatively reasonably priced but can be a bit scarce at busy times. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the villa to friends and family.

Brilliant host, beautiful villa

The villa is absolutely beautiful, with marble flooring and enough rooms for 12 of us to sleep in comfortably. Jose, the host, was incredibly helpful before I even booked the villa and continued to be responsive and helpful in the leadup to our trip, as well as while we were out there. The outdoor pool is gorgeous. We stayed for a long weekend, but in hindsight could have stayed longer. Only negatives are the location was hard to find for taxis... but once we had used them a few times, it was so much easier to get a taxi. The wifi was also a bit shaky. Location-wise, there are two supermarkets nearby which is very handy. Also felt very secure in the property as well. There are two massive refrigerators and a coffee machine. There were towels, plates, glasses and cups for everyone. Honestly can't thank Jose enough for how lovely and helpful he was to us all. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend it!

Such a beautiful villa

We had the best 5 days at the villa, Jose was absolutely fantastic she couldn’t do enough for us and his communication was great before and during our stay. We were there for my hen weekend and had the best time, the pool is fantastic and super clean. Already recommended the villa to friends and family, can’t wait to go again!

Amazing stay with a great host

We stayed for 4 nights in the villa. We had an amazing time. We’ve been in contact with Jose (the owner) for over a year. Because of the covid we had to move our trip. He was very helpful with everything from the moment we booked the villa. The villa itself was amazing!! The location with a awesome view, the very very nice pool. And the villa was clean. Also very important. There is nothing bad to say. It’s not a question if we come back. We will come back and definitely book this villa from Jose again!! Thanks Jose!

A perfect Spanish holiday villa

The villa itself is fantastic - huge pool area with lots of sunbeds, the pool lights up with different colours at night, and the sun sets by the sea so you don't lose it behind the house, lots of spacious rooms, amazing rain showers, great kitchen and appliances (with free coffee!), Big chilled lounge area with nice TV, good WiFi and loads of parking space. There are also games in the cupboards for families to use. The Location is 10 mins walk from a huge supermarket (Mercadona) and 15-20 mins walk from San Antonio but it was nice to be away from the noise of the town. Jose really is a super host - great communication before we arrived, good restaurant recommendations, check in process was easy and welcoming and he helped us check out and get cabs to the airport. All around a brilliant stay and we'd definitely come back.

Dream property & dream host 10/10

We have wrote this as a group. We cannot recommend staying with Jose enough, from start to finish we loved our stay at his villa. We arrived at the villa and everything was explained in great detail from using all the equipment in the villa to using an app to order taxis. The villa itself has absolutely everything you need, it’s in a picturesque location and within walking distance to cafe mambo. Jose would keep in regular contact with us to make sure everything was ok, he would also ensure the pool was cleaned regularly, and I cannot thank him enough how he looked after one of our friend in the group. One of our friend was ill and Jose went above and beyond to ensure he was well looked after. Jose is very professional, approachable and friendly and his villa is a reflection on him as a person ‘absolutely fantastic.’

Amazing!

We had an absolutely fantastic week in the villa! The villa is beautiful, immaculately clean, spacious and has everything you need! Jose went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable (including providing a cot and highchair for our toddler) and kept in contact through the week. The villa is in a perfect location where it is quiet but close enough to the busy nightlife of San Antonio. Would recommend hiring a car as we did which was handy for food shopping - there is a mercadona and Lidl nearby. We will definitely be returning - it was just an amazing week and we felt very lucky to have such an experience. Thank you very much to Jose for being an amazing host. Patsy

Beautiful villa with brilliant outdoor pool and sunbathing space - perfect for a group of friends.

I stayed here with 9 friends for a week whilst on holiday in Ibiza. Upon arrival Jose welcomed us and showed us round the villa to explain how everything works. We easily communicated on WhatsApp so he was always on hand to accommodate for our needs and provide any required assistance. The WiFi and air conditioning are faultless. The pool and lounging area is perfect, and there is plenty of privacy and freedom around the property. The balcony/terrace areas are perfect for meals and a few drinks before heading out to San Antonio. I genuinely cannot recommend this property and host enough. My friends and I can’t wait to come back.

Incredible Villa & Location

What a place this is..... Juan met s upon arrival and was very welcoming. He sat us all down and just had a quick brief to show us everything in the villa and how it work. Myself and 11 friends booked this and we probably couldnt of picked a better villa/location in Ibiza for this price. Everything we expected and maybe more! I would recommend to hire a car - there are car rentals everywhere in san antonio - but it is important as it is a 15 min walk into San antonio and maybe a 20 min walk back as the hill is rather steep. Ibiza is a place that you cannot describe and if you are thinking about going definitely book this villa if available. Thank you again Juan Liam & Friends

Uitstekende villa

De Villa was van alle gemakken voorzien, en heeft een super aardige eigenaar. Er waren soms wat problemen met het hek, maar die zijn makkelijk te verhelpen. Verder is het een prima uitvalsbasis om Ibiza te ontdekken, en alles ligt lekker dicht bij (supermarkten, centrum, stranden etc) Mits je een auto hebt want dat is wel een aanrader. Als enig minpuntje, de villa is erg gehorig voor de mensen die hun slaapkamer beneden hebben en niet boven, gewoon al een stoel verschuiven op het boven terras geeft een enorm kabaal door de dak constructie, boven heb je er geen erg in maar beneden wel. Verder niets dan lof.
