About this property

Little nice loft in the very centre of the old town

Nice little bright loft in the very centre of the ancient Catalan town of Alghero. It has been recently and totally renovated and everything is brand new. There's a nice bedroom with a double bed, a sofa, a fully equipped bathroom with shower and a fully furnished kitchen, with washing machine, dishwasher, tv. Air conditioning/drying/heating system available. The apartment has a terrace where one can eat on open air facing a nice garden. It is in a strategic position, close to all facilities, bars, clubs, supermarkets and restaurants and has lots of parking areas in the surroundings. You can reach the first beach in town by bus in 10 minutes. It is on a first floor and has an indipendent entrance and is mostly quiet. The position is really worthy if you really want to take advantage of staying in the centre and live the real life of the town and you can choose in between a very relaxed holiday or the real clubber life. A tourist tax is required by the local government and will be collected at your arrival at the house. You should kindly pay €1,00 per person per night up to seven nights. In October the tax is reduced by 50%.

Neat and centrally located

Very neat, beautifully done property with A/C & and a spacious patio. Perfect location to enjoy everything this historic town has to offer. Giovanni is a great host, gave us good tips for parking and dining.
