Esprimo solo commenti positivi sul soggiorno e sul Sig. Giovanni, che è stato sempre molto disponibile e foriero di informazioni utili su tutto. L’appartamento è davvero bello, funzionale ed equipaggiato di tutto! Inoltre, la terrazza vista mare è fantastica. Un altro punto a suo favore, la posizione è perfetta per raggiungere le migliori spiagge della zona. Consigliatissimo!

Wonderful view!

We stayed at Giovanni's apartment for a week. The house was clean and tidy and fully equipped for our vacation. The bedrooms are quite small but the communal areas are spacious and two bathrooms are a real plus. The balcony has a wonderful, wide view of the surrounding area. Giovanni was a great host, communication was easy and I would highly recommend!

Casa molto bella, spaziosa che gode di un panorama mozzafiato. Dispone di 2 bagni, 3 camere, climatizzatore, lavatrice, zanzariere su tutte le finestre, insomma non manca niente. Il proprietario è una persona davvero gentile e premurosa che dalla prenotazione alla fine del soggiorno, si è preoccupata di darci tutte le informazioni utili e di farci passare il soggiorno nel migliore dei modi. Non è facile trovare tanta cordialità abbinata ad una casa tanto bella per questo dò 5 stelle. Se dovesse ricapitarne l'occasione, sicuramente ritorneremo.

L'appartamento è situato in una buona posizione sul territorio in quanto vicino alle più belle spiagge della zona. Carente dal punto di vista microclimatico, sarebbe migliore se dotato di climatizzatori . Per finire, a parte l' incoveniente dello scarico del lavandino della cucina, comunque si può dare un giudizio di buono. Buono anche il prezzo Leonardo Cornacchia

"La scorsa estate abbiamo affittato l''appartamento insieme ad un''altra coppia di amici e la scelta si è rivelata veramente azzeccata. L''appartamento ha una bellissima terrazza, con splendida vista mare, dove cenare al fresco della sera La casa è funzionale e spaziosa, e anche durante il giorno non è assolutamente calda,il che permette di spezzare comodamentela giornata di mare. I paesini vicini sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti,così come la bella spiaggia di fronte. Il padrone di casa e la sua famiglia sono si sono sempre dimostrati disponibili e cordiali.Insomma,siamo stati così bene che stiamo consigliando a dei nostri amici di fissare!"
