Appartamento con una splendida vista

La casa è accogliente e completamente arredata. Ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio. La location è molto bella con una bellissima vista mare. Posizione ideale per esplorare le bellissime spiagge circostanti. Mare e negozi raggiungibili solo in auto. Altrimenti tutto come descritto nell'annuncio e la comunicazione con Anna è stata molto rapida e utile. Grazie di tutto Anna.

Sotto un cielo pieno di stelle

Esperienza davvero fantastica, la casa è dotata di tutti i confort e le attrezzature necessarie per passare una splendida vacanza in sardegna. Brava Anna ! A pochissimi chilometri dalle più belle spiagge della zona, tornare a casa la sera e ammirare il panorama dal terrazzo non ha prezzo, così come guardare le stelle che ti circondano, mentre la luna illumina il mare.

Compleet ingerichte woning met een schitterend uitzicht op de zee

De woning is gezellig en compleet ingericht. Zag er bij aankomst schoon uit. Ligging is erg mooi met een schitterend uitzicht op zee. Was lastig om het adres te vinden. Een goede routebeschrijving in het engels was handig geweest. We hadden twee keer een stroomstoring. Bepaalde apparaten konden. zo bleek achteraf, niet tegelijk worden gebruikt. Dat wisten we niet. Alle informatie was in het Italiaans en ook de beheerder sprak geen engels. Dat was erg lastig. Met de eigenares van de woning konden we alleen per mail (via Homeaway) contact opnemen. In de woning is geen wifi beschikbaar terwijl dit wel op de site stond. Ondanks dit alles hebben we het erg naar onze zin gehad.Daar werkt het warme en zonnige weer zeker aan mee. De stranden in de omgeving zijn fantastisch schoon en mooi. Cultureel zijn weinig bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. Fam Schimmel Nederland Verblijf van 16 juli 2018 -31 juli 2018.

Luddui, una vacanza da ricordare

Il nostro soggiorno a Luddui (contrada di Budoni) è stato ottimo. La casa è ben curata, attrezzata e funzionale. Abbiamo trovato degli spazi non grandissimi, ma ben vivibili e sopratutto puliti. Bellissima la terrazza e il piccolo portico sopra di essa, dove al mattino ci siamo gustati la colazione con un panorama mozzafiato, che parte dalle colline circostanti fino alla costa di Budoni. La scala che porta alle stanze del piano sotto, è un po impegnativa se ci sono bambini piccoli. La casa è perfetta per chi vuole spostasi tutti i giorni su spiagge diverse (cosa assolutamente da fare in Sardegna). Contrada Luddui è in cima ad una collina e la strada per raggiungerla pende un po, ma arrivati in cima la vista merita. Prima di salire in collina si trova tutto quello che serve: supermercati, pizzerie, ecc. I negozi sono a Budoni (ca 3/4 Km), dove alla sera la via principale diventa pedonale e vengono aperte le bancarelle con i prodotti Sardi. La proprietaria, Anna Maria, è gentilissima e disponibile, inoltre si affida a persone del luogo per risolvere tempestivamente eventuali problemi.

nice holiday

We spend such a nice tiem in Buddoni, in Anna Maria hose. The house is nice and completely furnished.There is everything what you need. We fread like home. It is a nice place with wonderfull view to Budoni bay. The beaches nerest the hose is butifull and it is a good place to make a trip to another beaches. It is also near to Costa smeralda. the owner Anna Maria Pasuti is so kind person. Promptly answer to our questiont. we communicate by emai in englis an it was no problem. We spend perfect 12 days in Anna Marias hous. I Definitely recommend this place and accomodation.

Geschmackvolles Appartment mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben die Unterkunft für einen zweiwöchigen Familienurlaub mit drei Personen gebucht, sie bietet aber Platz für mehr Personen. Sie ist aufgeteilt in zwei Stockwerke: Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett), ein Badezimmer (inkl. Dusche, WC, Bidet & kleine Waschmaschine), sowie ein großer Wohn-Essbereich mit Einbauküche. Von hier aus führt es hinaus auf die große Terasse. Der obere Teil der Terasse (mit Tisch und Stühlen) ist überdacht und bietet den ganzen Tag Schatten. Der untere Teil ist mit zwei Sonnenliegen, einem großen Sonnenschirm und einem Gasgrill ausgestattet. Leider war der Grill während unseres Aufenthalts defekt. Von der Terasse aus hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf die Bucht von Budoni und während unseres Urlaubs (Anfang- Mitte Juni) ging dort immer ein Lüftchen, so dass wir auch keine Mückenprobleme hatten. Im unteren Teil des Appartments befinden sich ein weiteres Doppelbett (dieser Raum ist abtrennbar durch eine Falttür), ein kleines (aber neues) Bad (Waschbecken, WC u. Bidet) sowie drei einzelnen Betten. Die Wohnung hat eine Klimaanlage, die wir allerdings nicht gebraucht haben. Im Juli/August ist es sicher angenehmer im unteren Teil zu schlafen, da es dort kühler ist. Über dem Appartment befindet sich noch eine Wohnung, die von einem Ehepaar scheinbar nur zeitweise als Feriendomizil genutzt wird. Vor der Haustür ist noch eine Außendusche, was vor allem mit Kindern ganz praktisch ist, wenn man den vielen Sand nicht mit ins Haus tragen möchte.... Der Müll wird getrennt, ein Plan hierfür hänngt in der Küche. Bei nicht richtiger Trennung wird der Eimer konsequent nicht geleert! Außer Biomüll muss alles in durchsichtige Beutel, weil der Müll sonst nicht kontrolliert werden kann und nicht abgeholt wird. Am besten Biomüllbeutel von zu Hause mitnehmen! Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und im typisch sardischen Stil geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher können gegen Aufpreis gemietet werden. Am Anreisetag hatten wir unsere Probleme, die Unterkunft zu finden. Daher unbedingt den Ortsteil Luddui beachten und am besten "Via Mar Ionio 1, Luddui, Olbia-Tempio" eingeben. Da wir leider kein italienisch sprechen, lief die Verständigung (mit Hilfe von Google Übersetzer) mit der Vermieterin über Emailkontakt und war recht mühsam. Die Vermieterin hat aber immer schnell geantwortet und war sehr nett u.bemüht. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
