Great location. Comfortable space! We really enjoyed our time. Coffee shop up the road, beach up the road, restaurants not too far. Great lighting in the home, balcony was nice, living room comfortable. Good parking. Responsive host. Laundry on site.

With leaves on the trees, we could just barely see the ocean from the outside deck - the location was great. Busy road, so the traffic was noisy, but that's Gloucester.

Nice place.

Our family came up for a quick weekend getaway. The place was clean and the location was ok. Rockport Bearskin neck area is nice for shops and to walk around town.

The home itself was clean and had all of the amenities one could want. Unfortunately it is on a busy road, and you can hear cars whizzing by all day. We wanted to sit out on the deck, but it is adjacent to the road, so we went inside. If you have problems with stairs, the apartment is up on the second floor, and then you also need to climb a metal circular staircase to get to the second bedroom. The third bedroom area is also upstairs. The one bathroom is on the main floor. On the plus side, the beds were quite comfortable, and the bedrooms were spacious. The living room furniture was modern and also quite comfortable. There was plenty of free parking, the home was quiet, and it had all of the conveniences of life...lots of cooking accessories. Laundry facilities were right inside the front door. There were other people on the property and we never heard them. The house is within walking distance of the Plum Cove beach, which was nice. And there was a neat old pioneer cemetery a half block away that was interesting to tour. The Cove Cafe was about a 4 minute drive up the street and it had great sandwiches!

Unit was just as described, comfortable, well maintained, and very clean. Host was friendly and left lots of helpful information. Convenient to both Rockport and Gloucester.
