CASA MARCOS - Villa with private pool in Port d'Alcúdia.

This spectacular property is situated in Puerto de Alcúdia, in northern Mallorca. It has beautiful views over the lake and the urbanisation and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests.
This terraced house features a nice, 5.30 m x 3.30 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1 m to 1,70 m. Around the pool there are 6 sun loungers, 2 sun umbrellas and 1 exterior shower. The porch is a lovely corner to have a BBQ with your family. The privacy of this accommodation is partial. The pool area is laterally protected by bushes. In total, the house has 3 floors, the GF, the 1F and the 2F. The latter has a fantastic roof terrace where you can enjoy the sun.

The bright sitting-dining room with A/C is the perfect place to unwind and relax watching satellite TV, reading a good book or having long talks with your loved ones. The open kitchen is well-equipped, including a vitro ceramic hob. The laundry is located on the terrace and offers 1 washer, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. The 4 cosy bedrooms are equipped with 2 twin beds each, wardrobes and A/C. 3 of them are located on the 1F and 1 on the GF with an en-suite shower bathroom. You have access to 1 bathroom with bath tub on the 1F. We can supply 1 cot and 1 high chair in case you need one.

The house is 4 km away from the centre of Puerto de Alcúdia, close to the lake Llac Gran. This area is ideal for those who like the beach and the sun. The closest sand beach is only 600 m away and there you can rent sun loungers and sun umbrellas. In Puerto de Alcúdia centre you can enjoy a wide range of restaurants, leisure activities, shops and playgrounds for the kids. The enchanting old town of Alcúdia is highly recommendable. Visit the church, the city wall and the market, which takes place every Sunday and Tuesday. You can go there by bus or car. Discover the beauty of northern Mallorca and visit the lighthouse of Formentor, the picturesque town of Pollença, the nature park of s'Albufera and lots of dreamlike beaches, for example Formentor, Malpas, Son Serra de Marina or Cala Sant Vicente.

Family holiday

We had a wonderful family holiday. The grandchildren had a great time in the pool. It was very relaxing. We had a few minor issues when we were there but our queries were dealt with very efficiently and when the problem could not be dealt remotely the owner came and rectified the issue.

Ok appartment with an ok standard at an ok location on a fantastic iland.

The beds = noisy and really not comfortable One suprise was when the pool guy came by to clean the pool and afterwards hands me a ticket with a fee fore a new eco-tax. The location was close to the beach. Quiet. Pt Alcudia was nice and the people of Mallorca were really friendly:) Perfect with your own pool! The kids loved it!

Der Gesamteindruck der Unterkunft ist recht gut. Zimmertüren verursachen laute Knarrgeräusche. Bäder sind renovierungsbedürftig.Küchenausstattung soweit in Ordnung. Küchenmesser leider alle sehr stumpf.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe vorhanden.

Wir haben die Tage in diesem hübschen Haus sehr gut verlebt. Positiv für uns war, dass jedes Schlafzimmer auch ein separates Bad hatte. Der Pool war warm und sauber. Leider hatten wir zweimal einen kleinen Zwischenfall mit der elektr. Anlage. Beeindruckend war, dass die Hausverwaltung immer erreichbar war und sich zügig um die Lösung gekümmert hat. Die Nähe der Unterkunft zu Strand, Gaststätten sowie Einkaufseinrichtungen ist sehr gut.

Great location and spacious villa!

We’ve had a great stay, villa is in a brilliant location, and the villa itself is spacious and feels roomy and clean. The kids loved the pool- just the right size. We also had to extend our stay by one night because of flight problems- and the owners were really helpful. A couple of the beds were a bit uncomfortable just through age, and some areas of the villa felt a little bit dated. But overall we loved it.

Bella casa e zona tranquilla

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa a Settembre 2017 per una settimana. La casa era pulita e in ordine, ottimo il servizio per la consegna delle chiavi. Eravamo già stati ad Alcudia, e siamo tornati lì perché è un ottimo posto con molti servizi per i turisti, ed ha una delle spiagge più belle dell'isola a parer mio (raggiungibile a piedi dalla casa). Ottima la posizione della struttura perchè da lì si raggiungono molte delle spiagge più belle di quella zona in poco tempo. Bellissimo lo spazio esterno dotato di barbecue e piscina, tavolo e sedie per cenare fuori. Ci siamo veramente goduti delle belle serate all'esterno, tanto è che abbiamo preferito quasi sempre cenare a casa per questo motivo. Unica pecca che ha un po' rovinato la vacanza: i letti sono veramente scomodi materassi e reti di pessima qualità. Consiglierei l'abitazione, ma chiedendo un miglioramento dei letti.

The villas is in a great position

Within 5 minutes walk to shops, bars and restaurants, but quiet enough to have a peaceful sleep and as much privacy as you want. The beautiful beach is also a 5 minute walk away...just perfect. The villa is a good size, we had 4 adults and 4 children and did not feel over-crowded at all. The outside space was great for eating by the pool and the air-con throughout was much appreciated. We cooked, used the outdoor BBQ and swam in the pool everyday.....the kids loved it, as did we. I can happily recommend this property and would definitely return.

Super Lage

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist super, das Meer ist fußläufig in 3 Minuten zu erreichen und auch Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und auch das Haus war in gutem Zustand. Die Klimaanlagen konnten in jedem Zimmer individuell eingestellt werden und in der Küche war alles Wichtige vorhanden (sogar eine Spülmaschine). Einzig die Laken waren nicht ganz so sauber und das Badezimmer unten hat aufgrund eines defekten Rohrs etwas streng gerochen.

Cracking villa, great location

Overall we were very impressed with the villa and utilised the outside space as much as we could as we visited in Feb/March. An outside heater would have been a great way to increase our outside living time. The kettle also didn’t like the sockets in the kitchen as the electric kept cutting out but we moved it into the dining room and all was fine. I would and will definitely book Casa Marcos again and recommend it to anyone who wants a great house with a pool for good value.

Nice place

Hello, We stayed for 5 nights and had a great time. The pool is very nice and the house is in a very quiet area but very close to all the bars/shops and beach. The air-con is poor so no one got a good nights sleep as it was too hot but other than that it is a very nice place to stay.
