On the lower floor, there is an open kitchen and dining room with access to a terrace plus a large living room with double aspect windows onto a secluded courtyard at the back and an enormous, furnished front terrace with extensive sea views and access two both areas. On this floor there is also double bedroom with two single beds and a complete bathroom.
On the upper floor there is a master bedroom suite with its own large, private terrace with spectacular views over the sea.
The property is situated on a 500 m2 plot in a peaceful location yet only 500 meters from shops and services and 700 meters from the beach, so a car is not essential to enjoy a stress-free holiday here.

The house is especially suitable for families with children or two families together as the studio on the lowest floor allows complete independence.
The many terraces enjoy different aspects giving a choice of shade or sun throughout the day, plus there is a large terrace with BBQ to enjoy outdoor meals.

The most attractive area of the coast is the small area around Palafrugell which stretches from Pals and Begur in the north, south through Fornells, Aiguablava, Tamariu, Llafranc, to Calella de Palafrugell. This dramatic coastline abounds with beautiful bays, coves and headlands, with sandy beaches washed by sparkling seas, and interspersed by glistening white villages, each very different, the perfect locations for relaxing holidays. The countryside has some wonderful timeless villages like Peratallada and Ullastret set against a distant backdrop of the ever present Pyrenees. Visit Pals, the walled medieval city; Bisbal famed for its production of ceramics; Torroella de Montgri with its Gothic palaces, courtyards and narrow streets nestling beneath the Castell de Montgri, and the spectacular gardens of Cap Roig. There are various markets to explore, vineyards to visit and slightly further away the Dali Museum in Figueres; whilst the vibrant city of Barcelona is less than 2 hours away.
