Sun, sea, rest and space on a Finca(farm) 5ha, Casita Uno

On our still active finca (farm) ?La Roca Blanca? we make our own biological olive oil. Our finca is located 5 km from the coast and 1.5 km (approx. 15 min. walk) from village El Perelló. Here, in a beautiful valley, we have three cosy casitas, a big casa and20a communal swimming pool. The casitas have almost unlimited outside space, which means you will always find an ideal spot for relaxing. And?. Dogs are welcome.

Semaine agréable

Pratique et bien situé pour les plages et les balades. Calme et environnement magique. Le gite est un peu petit mais la terrasse est agréable. Prévoir peut être plus d'équipements cuisine et ménager. (bassine, saladiers, presse orange, carafe, etc.. etc..)

Séjour el perello

Conforme a l annonce, mais quelques mauvaises surprises a.l arrivée... eau non potable, literie lit double bricolée avec 2 matelas mousse, reglage douche impossible ( soit bouillante, soit froide ). La femme gérant le logement est charmante, ce qui n'est pas le cas de son mari qui ne nous a pas adressé un mot.

Natur und Ruhe

Die Lage des Häuschen ist sehr ruhig und ca. 2 km von El Perelló entfernt. Für Hundebesitzer optimal. Wer Ruhe und Natur liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Das Häuschen ist nett und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns mit vielen tollen Infos versorgt. Der Pool ist super, aber etwas entfernt auf dem großen Gelände.

Propriétaire au top !

Accueil chaleureux. Informations sur les environs (plages, restons, visites...) Suite à un souci avec notre voiture Ilse, la propriétaire, s est montrée très très disponible. Elle est même venue nous chercher, a contacter le garage, etc... Vraiment adorable ! Le logement est assez éloigné, il faut toujours la voiture. Mais plusieurs plages/criques a découvrir. Le mobilier est un peu "vieillot" mais on ne vient pas pour ça et on vit dehors. Grande terrasse ombragee: ça fait du bien ! Bon séjour dans l'ensemble mais le réel "plus" de cette location C est Ilse la propriétaire 😉

Sobre todo paz y tranquilidad

Hemos estado muy bien, nuestra perrita lo paso en grande. No nos acompaño el tiempo, pues no vimos el sol hasta el ultimo día y las excursiones fueron mas limitadas, pues por el estado de alarma no se podía salir de la comarca. nos encanto la zona. Los anfitriones muy agradables, Ilse muy colaboradora. Hechamos de menos la television .

2 semaines à El Perellò

Petite maison typique très agréable, parfaite pour notre famille (2 adultes, 2 enfants) et formidable extérieur avec un immense parc d'Oliviers menant à la piscine! Tout au long de notre séjour, nous avons pu compter sur l'aide et les conseils de Ilse et Mark; ce sont des propriétaires qui prennent à coeur leur rôle d'accueillant et cela n'a pas échappé à nos enfants qui leur rendaient souvent visite ;). El perellò est également un village typique où il fait bon vivre, petits commerces, bars à tapas, restaurants et grand parc de jeux ont fait que nous y avons passé des bons moments. Nous avons profité des immenses plages et des petites criques, nous avons arpenté le beau delta de l'ebre, visité les villages environnants et sommes descendus jusqu'à peñiscola, joli station balnéaire et très animée. 2 semaines passées trop rapidement...surtout pour nos enfants qui se sont aussi attachés à Bau, ballù, nalla, bùf et fret (ils en parlent encore chaque jour!!!). Une bonne continuation à Ilse, Mark et leurs enfants et peut être à bientôt!

A la campagne, entouré d'Olivier

Très bonne semaine chez Mark et Ilse, qui parle très bien français et qui a donc pu nous très bien nous aider pour organiser les activités à faire autour de la maison. La maison est bien ventilée naturellement, il y a aussi un ventilateur a disposition. Même s'il y a d'autres maisons autour l'intimité est bien respectée. Très grande piscine avec transats, qui se situe en contre bas, une petite marche (avec des escaliers) de quelques minutes est à donc prévoir pour y aller. Rien à redire tout était parfait.

Séjour au calme

Petite maison rustique, comme visible sur les photos de l'annonce , avec un mobilier simple. Lieu propre et agréable, loin du tumulte. Petites criques de galets, bien agréables et avec peu de monde et des poissons .( 6 kms) Accueil chaleureux et propriétaires toujours disponibles. Bref, si bous souhaitez passer des vacances paisibles, c'est le lieu idéal

Für unseren Urlaub mit Hund genau das richtige.

Die Unterkunft liegt in den Bergen auf einer Finca mit ca. 250 Mandel- und Olivenbäumen ca. 2 km von El Perello entfernt. Besonders hat uns gefallen, daß man die Gebäude zwar modernisiert, aber mit dem ursprünglichen Charme erhalten hat. Für Naturliebhaber absolut empfehlenswert. Die Sauberkeit und der Pool waren ausgezeichnet, die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und sprechen deutsch. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder. Vielen lieben Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Séjour très agréable!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable avec nos trois enfants dans cet endroit très calme dans les collines et au milieu des oliviers. Nous avons profité du soleil et du coup de la piscine commune plusieurs fois par jour. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et toujours disponibles. Le logement était tout à fait en ordre et propre à notre arrivée.

Nettes Häuschen in toller Umgebung

Schönes Häuschen mit guter Ausstattung und nette mehrsprachige Gastgeber. In der Nähe gibt es viele Buchten mit kleinen Sand- oder Kiesstränden sowie Möglichkeiten zum wandern, Radfahren etc. Fühlten uns dort sehr wohl und hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Great holiday, beautiful surroundings, welcoming owners

Just home from a family holiday at Casita Uno. Hans the owner was a great host. Nothing was too much trouble when we made a few requests for extra bits and pieces. The olive farm, surroundings etc was so peaceful. beautiful walks in the morning and evening along the quiet country road yet less than 1km from El Perello - a lovely Spanish village with great tapas bars and an excellent pizza restaurant L'ambigu! The beaches of El Perello were only 6km away. Small pebble beaches, many coves to choose from, all exceptionally well maintained. Great for snorkelling. A little further away - 12km or so were the gorgeous sandy beaches of Sant Jordi - of course Cap Roig's sandy beach at L'Ampolla is only just around the corner from El Perello's stony beaches. All in all a fantastic holiday. The cottage was perfect for four of us - but could sleep 5. The pool at the farm was by far the nicest pool we have ever had in all the years of heading to Spain. It was clean, the water was lovely and cool. There were plenty of brand new sun loungers and lots of space - set around the olive trees it was a very relaxing place to be (and I would be more a beach person than a pool person) but this pool and setting really was perfect! We enjoyed another delicious lunch at Lo Golero in L'Ampolla - a must if you're into frog legs, eel, oysters, mussels, clams, duck etc!! Thank you Hans & Anke for a simply fabulous holiday.

Fenomenaal!

In april een weekje hierheen geweest, en wat een heerlijke accommodatie zeg! Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door de ontzettend aardige Hans en Anke, die ons hebben rondgeleid over hun uitgestrekte terrein. De huisjes liggen in een prachtige omgeving, vlak bij de kust en aan de voet van een mooie (en goed beklimbare) berg vanwaar je een geweldig uitzicht hebt over de vallei. Je kan hier lekker genieten van alle rust, zonder last van geluidoverlast of de typische toeristische drukte. Zelfs 's nachts is het hier prachtig, vanwege de kraakheldere sterrenhemel. Ondanks de rust is het zeker niet saai hier, je kan heerlijk wandelen door de hele omgeving, het pittoreske dorpje El Perelló bezoeken, en daarnaast ben je met 2 uurtjes in Barcelona. Kortom, een echte aanrader, midden in de prachtige natuur!
